It’s easy to get an eSIM anytime as a Singtel customer! All you need to do is request a new eSIM via your My Singtel app:
On your Me tab, tap Request new eSIM.
Verify the email we'll send your eSIM to.
Verify your identity with Singpass.
Once you’re done, look out for an email from us with instructions to install eSIM.
Click on the button or scan the QR code in the email.

Getting your eSIM into your new phone is easy with Singtel.
Start by deleting your new eSIM off your old phone. On iOS, go to Settings > Mobile Data. Then select your eSIM and tap Delete eSIM.
Then, go back to the eSIM email you received from us. This is the email you first installed eSIM from.

If you’re transferring data into your new phone after your new eSIM has already been installed into it, take note of the following.
On iOS:
To use Quick Start to transfer your data, you’ll need to completely reset your iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings.
Important: When you're prompted, remember to tap “Keep eSIM and Erase Data” to keep your new eSIM!

Yes, you need to be connected to a network to install eSIM. You may connect to Wi-Fi or use mobile data if it is available to you.
