These Specific Terms and Conditions for Singtel AI Pass (“AI Pass Terms”) supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Service (“General Terms”). If there is any conflict, these AI Pass Terms prevail.
Defined terms in the General Terms apply here unless otherwise defined below. By redeeming your AI Pass Voucher Code, you agree to these AI Pass Terms and the General Terms.
1.1 In these Singtel AI Pass Terms, the following definitions apply:
AI Pass Programme means the Company’s bundled subscription programme in support of the Government Programme, offering access to curated AI tools including without limitation, the Partner’s Product, training content, and community engagement initiatives designed to support Customers across discovery, adoption, and mastery of AI technologies via the Platform.
“Voucher Code” means the unique redemption code issued to you by SWDA upon taking up selected SWDA-supported AI courses.
“Activation Codes” means the unique codes provided to you by email for activating the AI Tools included in AI Pass.
“Initial Period" means the period of three (3) months from the date of redemption of AI Pass.
“Extension Period" means the additional period of three (3) months granted upon successful completion of the selection and verification process in clause 4.4.
“Service” means the provision of AI Pass, including the delivery of Activation Codes and facilitating access to the AI Tools.
“SWDA” means Skills and Workforce Development Agency.
“Tool Provider” means the third-party developer, publisher, or owner of an AI Tool included in AI Pass.
“Voucher Code” means the unique redemption code issued to you by SWDA upon completion of an SWDA-approved AI course.
2.1 The Service consists solely of:
facilitating the redemption of Voucher Codes;
delivering Activation Codes for the AI Tools; and
facilitating access to the AI Tools during the Initial Period and, where applicable, the Extension Period.
2.2 We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the AI Tools. Your use of any AI Tool is at your own risk.
2.3 Each AI Tool is subject to its own terms set by the relevant Tool Provider. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.
3.1 To redeem AI Pass, you must:
take up selected Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA)-supported AI courses
hold a valid Voucher Code issued by SWDA;
create an account or log in at CAST.SG.
3.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, the confidentiality of your account credentials, and all activity under your account.
3.3 Each Voucher Code may only be redeemed once and by the person to whom it was issued by SWDA. Voucher Codes are non-transferable.
4.1 Upon successful redemption of your Voucher Code at cast.singtel.com/order/voucher-redemption via CAST.SG, the following process applies:
you will receive an email from the AI Pass team containing Activation Codes for all AI Tools included in your AI Pass;
you may activate and use the AI Tools during the Initial Period using the Activation Codes provided; and
each AI Tool may require you to accept the Tool Provider’s own end-user licence agreement or terms of service before use.
4.2 Activation Codes are personal to you and non-transferable. You must not share, sell, or distribute your Activation Codes to any third party.
4.3 At or near the end of the Initial Period, we will send you an email containing a link to an electronic form (“eForm”) inviting you to select one (1) AI Tool you wish to continue using for an additional three (3) months. Upon completion of the eForm and successful verification by our team, you will receive a further email containing Activation Codes for the Extension Period for the AI Tool(s) you selected.
4.4 We are not obliged to grant the Extension Period and reserve the right to accept or reject any eForm submission at our sole discretion. If you do not complete the eForm within the time specified, your access to the AI Tools will expire at the end of the Initial Period.
4.5 The AI Tools included in AI Pass may change at any time. We may add, remove, swap, or substitute any AI Tool without prior notice and without liability to you. You have no entitlement to any particular AI Tool.
5.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the AI Tools via the Activation Codes for your personal, non-commercial use only during the Initial Period and, where applicable, the Extension Period.
5.2 You must not:
reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit AI Pass or the Activation Codes;
share your Activation Codes with any third party;
use AI Pass or any AI Tool for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any AI Tool;
circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features of the Service;
use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service; or
use AI Pass in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
5.3 Any licence to use an AI Tool is granted by the relevant Tool Provider, not by us. We make no representations or warranties regarding the scope or terms of any such licence.
6.1 The AI Tools are developed and operated by independent Tool Providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any AI Tool, including its content, quality, functionality, accuracy, safety, compatibility, availability, or data processing. We are not a party to any contract between you and any Tool Provider.
6.2 Any issues or claims relating to an AI Tool must be directed to the relevant Tool Provider. We have no liability in connection with any such issues. Certain Tool Providers may enforce our rights in respect of your access to and use of the AI Tools.
7.1 All Intellectual Property Rights in the AI Tools belong to their respective Tool Providers. All Intellectual Property Rights in the AI Pass brand and the Service remain our property. Nothing in these AI Pass Terms transfers any Intellectual Property Rights to you, other than the limited licence in clause 5.1.
7.2 We do not warrant that the AI Tools are non-infringing. Your sole remedy for any infringement claim is against the relevant Tool Provider.
8.1 AI Pass and the Service are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or otherwise. Any warranty relating to an AI Tool must be sought from the relevant Tool Provider. These disclaimers are in addition to any limitations in the General Terms.
9.1 We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunity, wasted expenditure, or any loss from your use of any AI Tool. We have no liability for any loss or claim arising from any AI Tool.
10.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these AI Pass Terms, your misuse of AI Pass or any AI Tool, your violation of any law or third-party rights, any dispute with a Tool Provider, or any content you make available through any AI Tool.
11.1 We will collect, use, and disclose your personal data (including your name, email address, and mobile number) in connection with AI Pass in accordance with the General Terms and our Privacy Policy.
11.2 We are not responsible for personal data collected or processed by any AI Tool. Each Tool Provider is solely responsible for its own data processing. You should review each Tool Provider’s privacy policy before use.
11.3 We may collect, use and disclose information relating to your participation in AI Pass, including voucher redemption, activation, extension and support records, to Skills and Workforce Development Agency (“SWDA”) where required for the administration, verification, reconciliation, reporting, support and audit of the AI Pass programme.
12.1 Your access to the AI Tools included in your Singtel AI Pass expires automatically at the end of the Initial Period if you did not complete the eForm or, if the Extension Period has been granted, at the end of the Extension Period.
12.2 We may also terminate or suspend your access to AI Pass immediately, without notice, if:
you engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity;
we are required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a Singapore court or regulatory authority;
we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised; or
we discontinue the provision of AI Pass or any AI Tool.
12.3 We reserve the right to discontinue AI Pass or any AI Tool at any time with no liability to compensate you.
12.4 On termination or expiry:
your licence to use AI Pass and the Activation Codes shall immediately cease;
you must cease using any AI Tools accessed through AI Pass (subject to any separate licence you may have directly with the Tool Provider); and
clauses which by their nature are intended to survive shall continue in force (including clauses 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11).
13.1 We may amend these AI Pass Terms at any time. By continuing to use AI Pass, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
13.2 The headings in these AI Pass Terms are for reference only. The rights conferred on us under these AI Pass Terms are in addition to our rights under the General Terms.
