The great news is if you’re on a Singtel 5G plan, you’ve already been upgraded to our 5G+ network in May. What’s more, from 25 July, all 5G+ Enhanced and 5G+ Priority mobile plans will enjoy the 5G+ Upsize with more speed, more data, more roaming and more rewards.

Here are 3 steps to unlock your Singtel 5G+ experience:
Use a 5G Standalone (SA) ready handset
Have a 5G SIM or eSIM. If you’re still using a 4G SIM card, simply swap to a 5G SIM card at our Self-serve kiosk near you or change to 5G+ eSIM via MySingtel app.
Turn on 5G SA settings with our step by step guide.
And to ensure you are connected to Singtel 5G+, check your mobile settings to ensure your 5G is turned on. If you’re still having issues, please reach out to us and we’ll help you get back in no time.
Singtel 5G+ Priority is all about an experience that puts you FIRST:
Being on the 5G+ Priority Lane means your mobile connectivity is always put first on our network. Just like how the front of an aircraft is reserved for premium customers, priority customers have a dedicated “slice” of the Singtel 5G+ network. When you’re on the Priority Lane, your connections are prioritised, always first and 4X faster—just like your luggage with a priority tag.
Priority Roaming means you’re the first to enjoy unparalleled security with Mobile Protect while you roam, and you enjoy better coverage with multiple trusted network partners across over 80 destinations.
Did you know? Even when you are roaming overseas, your connectivity is on Singtel’s trusted network. And starting from 25 July, you will receive Roaming Upsize of 50GB Malaysia roaming for your travel getaways.

Priority Security means you will be first to detect emerging threats. With complimentary Mobile Protect, stay assured of real-time protection against cyberthreats like phishing, malware and spyware. This advanced scam fighting service continuously inspects webpages, blocking access or downloads if you accidentally click on a malicious link or scan a fake QR code, even when you are roam.
You can manage your Mobile Protect subscription via My Singtel app at no cost, in the “My add-ons” section.
And, we don’t think there can be too much security. That’s why our plans also include free McAfee Mobile Security.

You can enjoy Singtel 5G+ Priority through our Phone Plans, SIM Only Plans, SMB Business and Enterprise Plans. All 5G+ Priority customers on 5G+ Priority plans will notice a new “5G+ Priority” label on their My Singtel app.
Simply log in to My Singtel app. Once the Priority experience has been activated on your plan, a “5G+ Priority” label, will be displayed next to your number. From August 2025, Singtel 5G+ postpaid customers will progressively receive information on how you can enjoy 5G+ Enhanced Upgrade and Upsized Data.

Rest assured that we are working hard to progressively upgrade you with the upsized local and roaming data from August 2025.
You’ll receive a SMS with info on how to claim your upgrade and upsize when it is ready for activation. Once you’ve been upgraded and upsized, you will see a “5G+ Enhanced” label displayed next to your mobile number and you will see your data has been upsized.
