Singtel understands that the Indonesian Supreme Court has announced its decision to dismiss the appeals of Singtel and Singtel Mobile against a ruling by the Central Jakarta District Court to uphold the KPPU decision.
We will await the Supreme Court’s written judgment and review it before deciding our next course of action.
