Providing hassle-free ICT solutions

“Singtel’s Smart Packages enable SMEs to focus on their core revenue generating business activities. They remove the hefty upfront costs of implementing ICT services and the ongoing costs of managing issues such as security, changing user requirements and technology obsolescence.
“The one-stop hosted and fully-managed solutions in Singtel’s Smart Packages can enable SMEs to free up working capital, improve their productivity, and allow them to reach more customers locally and globally. By making ICT-enabled business services more accessible and affordable, we hope to provide SMEs with the tools to achieve their goals during these difficult times.”
SMEs may also be eligible for an IDA grant of up to $1000 for their subscriptions to broadband and web hosting services for the first year. To qualify, SMEs must be at least 30 per cent Singapore-owned, have fewer than 200 employees, own less than S$15 million in fixed assets and should not own a website.
