hello! Shop at Comcentre gets upgrade with enhanced interactivity
Singapore, 29 November 2006 -- Singtel today announced that its flagship hello! Shop at Comcentre has received a facelift and now boasts a brand new look and feel.
The new store layout allows for enhanced interactivity, which enables customers to explore Singtel’s world of products and services at their leisure.
The shop features a range of interactive DIY counters and touch-screen displays that allow customers to easily find information about mobile phone models, mobile and broadband plan offers, and value-added services that will enhance and enrich their lifestyles.
Customers at the store can also get a sneak preview of what is to be offered on Singtel’s planned IPTV service, which is currently on a technical trial.
An exclusive section, set up to serve business customers, seeks to provide holistic solutions for SME customers, and help start ups to find a suite of services that best meets their needs at Singtel’s Business Solution Centre.
The hello! logo also has a new look. With the 'screen' at the centre of the 'o', the new logo symbolises Singtel’s emphasis on content play in our integrated multiple platforms of mobile, broadband and TV.
Singtel today has 10 hello! Stops islandwide.
With the revamp of its flagship store, Singtel aims to bring the retail experience to greater heights through initiatives like moving towards advice-based selling instead of product-centric sales, greater operational efficiency and training staff to work towards providing the customer with the best shopping experience.
