The Singtel's standard terms and conditions shall be used in the procurement of goods and services from suppliers. These terms and conditions apply to the Simple Supply Agreement that contains simplified clauses intended for simple, low spend purchases.
Acceptance
In the absence of an executed agreement or forwarded Simple Supply Agreement, the supplier agrees that by commencing delivery of the goods and/or services which are the subject of this purchase order, it shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions outlined in the Simple Supply Agreement.
