Ang Teck Ee | 汪哲毅 (b. 1966, Singapore) is an artist whose paintings of the city attempt to preserve collective social memories which are being erased in a backdrop of urban renewal and gentrification.

Ang holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture (1994) and a master’s degree in social science (2010). He studied art informally under the mentorship of second generation artist Leo Hee Tong.

Ang pursues his art by actively participating in art competitions and has won accolades for his efforts. These include prizes, commendations and certificates of distinction at the Singapore Telecom’s Expressions in Art competitions (1995 and 1997), the UOB Painting of the Year (1993, 1994, 2002 and 2006), the Dr Tan Tsze Chor Art Award from the Singapore Art Society (2000, 2001, 2008 and 2011), the Philippe Charriol Foundation Contemporary Art Competition (1996) and the Philip Morris Group of Companies Singapore Art Awards (2005). Ang has also participated in more than 30 exhibitions locally and abroad in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. His schedule includes most of the Singapore Art Society and Modern Art Society Singapore exhibitions between 1990 and 2016.

Ang’s works are in the collections of Singtel, local institutions and corporations.
