Tan Chin Chin | 陈真真 (b. 1966, Singapore) is a US-based mixed media artist who uses ethnic fabrics and paper in her collages. She is interested in the diversity and confluence of culture and religion.

Tan trained in Applied Arts at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (1987 to 1989) and Fine Art - Painting at the Byam Shaw School of Art in London (1994 to 1995). She completed her Master of Fine Arts (Painting) at the Parsons School of Design (The New School) in New York (1996 to 1998).

Tan has received several art awards, including the Dr Tan Tsze Chor Art Award from the Singapore Art Society (1991), the Philip Morris Group of Companies Singapore Art Awards (1993 and 1994), and First Prize at the UOB Painting of the Year (1995).

Tan has participated in more than 40 group exhibitions in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, with three solo exhibitions in Singapore. Her participation in group exhibitions include the Ministry of Communications and Information Art Exhibition at the National Museum Art Gallery (1987 to 1989), the Sixth Asian International Art Exhibition at the Tagawa Museum of Art (1991, Japan), the UOB Painting of the Year at the National Museum Art Gallery (1991 and 1992), the Eighth Asian International Art Exhibition at the Fukuoka Art Museum (1993, Japan) and the UOB Painting of the Year at the Empress Place Museum (1994). She held a solo exhibition Evolution in 2015 in Singapore after an absence.

Tan’s works have been collected by Singtel, Singapore Airlines, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Singapore Art Museum.
