Yayoi Kusama. Infinity Mirrored Room – Gleaming Lights of the Souls. 2008.

For its third international exhibition, the Singtel Special Exhibition Gallery will showcase “Yayoi Kusama: Life is the Heart of the Rainbow”.

Yayoi Kusama is one of the world’s most influential artists, and has played a crucial role in key art movements of the 20th and 21st centuries. The first major survey of her work in Southeast Asia, this exhibition focuses on the immersive and expansive nature of her practice. Visitors can discover Kusama’s creative vision through paintings, sculptures, videos and installations from the 1950s to the present, including works never shown before.

This exhibition is a collaboration between National Gallery Singapore and Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art, Brisbane, Australia.
