With performing arts coming into prominence, Singtel is continuing its support of the local arts scene with a S$10 million donation towards the Singtel Waterfront Theatre at Esplanade, a new 550-seat theatre. Check out the virtual walkthrough of the new theatre at here.
With the ground breaking completed in 2019, we hope that the theatre will not only provide a space that can engage and inspire people from all walks of life when it opens in 2021, but also serve as a platform for homegrown artistes and arts groups to reach to as wide an audience as possible and scale their production for bigger audiences, both in Singapore and overseas.
