All offers are valid as per stated promotion validity date. Offers are applicable for business registered customers who sign up for a new plan with a minimum 2-year contract, unless otherwise stated. All charges are inclusive of 9% GST. Early termination and downgrading charges apply. Promotional subscription price will revert to prevailing list price when contract ends. Premiums: Subject to one per selected Singtel service sign-up where applicable. While stocks last and not exchangeable for cash. Singtel reserves the right to change the stated premium to another item without prior notice. Business Broadband:
Provisioning of Business Fiber Broadband is subject to type of fibre, fibre coverage, resource availability such as in-building cabling & tray, and building management approval. The promotion price is applicable for the period of the broadband contract and will revert to prevailing list price upon contract expiry, unless otherwise stated.
Free speed upgrade: Free upgrade of 350Mbps Fibre Broadband (Dynamic IP) to 400Mbps Fibre Broadband (Dynamic IP) is applicable to new sign-ups only, on selected Business Fibre Broadband promotions.
Managed SD-WAN Bundle: Includes equipment installation and initial configuration, subject to stock and resource availability. During contract period, Singtel SD-WAN is covered by hardware break/fix (1-to-1 exchange for faulty hardware). Singtel will not be liable for WiFi coverage degradation due to dependency on third-party items that may interfere with the wireless radio coverage.
FREE 24 months on 30Mbps Broadband Plus: Broadband Plus provides an additional physical broadband service alongside your primary SN eVolve broadband connection, utilizing the same Fibre Termination Point (FTP). A fibre optic cable of up to 3 meters in length will be provided. The Broadband Plus plan is exclusively available for addresses connected via Singtel Fibre and is not applicable to addresses served by NLT fibre. The setup will include the installation of 2 ONTs and 2 routers (1 for main line Evolve broadband connection and 1 for Broadband Plus connection), requiring a total of 4 available power points.
Broadband Duo: Broadband Plus service must be installed at the same service address as the qualifying SingNet Dynamic IP Fibre Broadband service via the same Fibre Termination Point (FTP) and subject to resource availability. SingNet email address will not be provided with the Broadband Plus plan. Not applicable for static IP plans.
SingNet WiFi 6 Mesh (Dual Pack): Minimum of Basic Dual Pack (2 WiFi Mesh devices) required. WiFi Mesh is to be installed in the same installation address as SingNet Fibre Broadband service. Minimum contract term for WiFi Mesh is 24 months. Promotional subscription will be applicable throughout the contractual period and will revert to prevailing list price upon contract expiry. Warranty and maintenance of the Wifi Mesh will be covered by Singtel throughout the tenure of the service. On-site installation is only available upon request and is chargeable at $100 (with 9% GST) per visit.
Broadband Security: Eligible for 500M/700M/1G Dynamic IP Business Fibre Broadband Plans, not applicable with 1 Static IP. Promotional price valid for 24/36 months contract thereafter will revert to prevailing list price upon contract expiry. Assured Internet Broadband Bundle: Promotions is applicable for new sign-ups and those eligible for recontract only. The minimum contract term of the service is 24 months. Early termination and downgrading charges apply unless otherwise stated. Not valid for other promotions or discounts, including but not limited to volume and term discounts, will be applicable for the service(s) offered under this promotion. The SingNet eVolve with Assured Internet Broadband Bundle promotion is applicable for the period of the broadband contract and will revert to prevailing list price upon contract expiry. Service OTC of $80 (Before GST) is waived under this promotion. Any other one-time charge applies unless otherwise stated. Cancellation charge ($800) before GST will be applicable if customer cancel SingNet eVolve with Assured Internet bundle order before service activation date. Removal of the SIM card and dongle from the router constitutes a misuse of Assured Internet service, excess data charges are applicable in addition to the monthly subscription fees. A consistent power supply connected to the optical network terminal device and router is necessary for the backup service to work. If the customer terminates the services subscribed under the Promotion during the contract term, the customer shall be liable for a premature termination charge of 100% of the remaining contract term. Singtel reserves the right to end the Promotion before the stipulated end date. All other prevailing standard prices, terms and conditions of the service(s) offered under this Promotion shall remain applicable. The duly executed SingNet eVolve SRCA form must be submitted in order to qualify for the Promotion and Singtel is under no obligation to provide any service whatsoever until it has received and accepted the duly executed documents. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between Promotion Terms and conditions and Product Specific Terms and Conditions, Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail over Product Specific Terms and Conditions.
SingNet Static IP Fibre Broadband: All SingNet Static IP Fibre Broadband services must be activated within 2 months from order submission to be eligible for the promotion.
Microsoft 365 Business Basic:Microsoft Services subscriptions will auto-renew for successive 12-monthly subscription periods at Singtel’s prevailing rates upon the expiry of the initial contract term, unless terminated.
Zoom Workplace Pro Free 6 months Promotion: Offer is applicable for business registered customers who sign up for a SingNet plan with a minimum 2-year contract, unless otherwise stated. Valid only for new Zoom customers and Singapore-registered companies with less than 500 employees. Customer has up to 6 months to activate their subscription upon receiving the activation email. Customer will be charged via their Singtel bill at the list price of $22.88 per licence per month from the 7th month onwards. The service will be charged regardless of whether customer activates the Zoom Workplace Pro service. After 12 months, the service shall auto renew for a 12 months, from the at $19.84 per month per license unless terminated earlier. Thereafter, if terminated, the customer will be required to pay pre-termination charges of the full contract period. Price stated is inclusive of prevailing 9% GST. Customer may terminate the service with a 30-day written notice. All other standard prices, terms and conditions of the Zoom services shall apply.
Zoom Workplace Pro additional 6 months (total 12 months) Promotion: Offer is applicable for business registered customers who sign up for a SingNet plan AND eligible add-on (BizVoice Starter Plan at $12.54/mth OR Microsoft 365 Business Basic at $9.50/mth) with a minimum 2-year contract, unless otherwise stated. Valid only for new Zoom customers and Singapore-registered companies with less than 500 employees. Customer has up to 3 months to activate their subscription upon receiving the activation email. After 12 months, the service shall auto renew for 12 months, from the at $19.84 per month per license unless terminated earlier. Customer will be required to pay pre-termination charges of the full contract period. The service will be charged regardless of whether customer activates the Zoom Workplace Pro service. Price stated is inclusive of prevailing 9% GST. Customer may terminate the service with a 30-day written notice. All other standard prices, terms and conditions of the Zoom services shall apply.
SingNet XGSPON High Speed Plans:Applicable for new sign ups, recontract and upgrade within eligibility period. Minimum contractual period of 24 months. Availability of XGS-PON will be subjected to resource availability. Standard lead time provisioning for XGS-PON will be longer than GPON & XG-PON (Leadtime subjected to confirmation based on resource availability). The subscribed bandwidth represents the maximum theoretical bandwidth that may be provided in relation to the Service only, and the actual bandwidth could be affected due to various factors that include without limitation to capability of the equipment used by the end-user, the location of websites being accessed, the level of congestion on the Internet, and the types of applications used. One-time charge of $872 for SingNet evolve/eLite is waived for 24 / 36 months contract. Cancellation charge will be applicable if customer cancel the service before activation date. If the customer terminates the service during the contract term, the customer shall be liable for a premature termination charge of 100% of the remaining contract term.
BizVoice Starter Plan with VAS Pack 1: The starter plan provide unlimited voice minutes but customer must have analogy phone in order for the service to work. There must be a valid subscription to a qualifying SingNet eVolve service. The BizVoice service must be installed at the same service address as the Qualifying SingNet eVolve Service via the same fibre Termination Point (FTP), subject to resource availability. In the event of any relocation, both the Qualifying eVolve service and the BizVoice service must be relocated at the same time.
Business Digital Line: Business Digital Line provides unlimited voice minutes but customer must have analog phone in order for the service to work. There must be a valid subscription to a qualifying SingNet eVolve service. The Business Digital Line service must be installed at the same service address as the Qualifying SingNet eVolve Service via the same fibre Termination Point (FTP), subject to resource availability. In the event of any relocation, both the Qualifying eVolve service and the Business Digital Line service must be relocated at the same time. FREE 12 months Singtel Business Loyalty Solution: Valid for the first 50 new business-registered customers who sign up for Singtel Business Loyalty Solution (Lite), with a Singtel Business Broadband Plan during the period of 1 to 31 November 2024. Each customer can sign up for a maximum of five (5) outlets. Monthly Recurring Charge of $82.70 per outlet applies after the free 12 months subscription period. 12-months contract term applies. Usage charges for OTP Verification may varies, estimated around $0.06 per SMS. No early termination charge if customer decides to terminate during the 12-mth free subscription period. Customer may terminate the Service by giving Singtel and/or Singtel Group no less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
