1. Singtel Terms and Conditions for Enterprise which is available at https://www.singtel.com/terms-general-enterprise (“Enterprise Terms”) and Enterprise Mobile Terms and Conditions (“Enterprise Mobile Terms”) which is available at www.singtel.com/enterprise-mobile-terms-and-conditions, shall apply in addition to these terms and conditions.
2. Singtel reserves the right to revise these Specific Terms and Conditions for Roaming at its discretion and/or terminate, suspend in whole or in part any Roaming plans without prior notice. Use of Roaming will constitute acceptance of these Specific Terms and Conditions for Roaming and the amendments thereof.
3. To subscribe to a dataroam plan, you will require a postpaid mobile line with:

• AutoRoam or Pay As You Roam Subcription
• GPRS service
   

AutoRoam and Pay-As-U-Roam

1. AutoRoam service is chargeable at $10 every month on a monthly recurring basis. Roaming usages are chargeable at the prevailing pay-per-use roaming rates if you have not subscribed to a roaming plan. 
2. Pay-As-U-Roam is a free service. Roaming usages are chargeable at the prevailing pay-per-use roaming rates if you have not subscribed to a roaming plan. An additional 25% surcharge will also be applied on the accumulated roaming rates. 
3. All voice and video calls are charged in 1 minute increments.
4. Data roaming usage, sending & receiving of MMS are charged in 10KB increments.
5. For USA and Canada, their operators will start charging after 30 seconds of ringing even if incoming calls are unanswered. If you hang up the call before 30 seconds, no charges will be incurred. This is subject to change by our overseas roaming partners.
6. Receiving a call while overseas include both incoming call roaming rate and rerouted IDD call charges (from Singapore to the roaming destination). Roaming call and Rerouted IDD call are charged in 1 min increments. Rerouted IDD Calls are incoming calls you received (including rejected calls) while you were overseas and have been rerouted from Singapore to the country you are in. You will be billed the Singtel IDD rate.
7. All outgoing and incoming calls are subject to a connection fee of $0.35 per call.
8. Video call service is only available for 3G roamers using 3G supported mobile device.
9. Using 3G Data service overseas is only available for users with 3G SIM cards and accessing 3G supported networks.
10. LTE roaming is only available for selected destinations. You will need to subscribe to a 4G vas and use a LTE enabled mobile device.
11. Sending and receiving of SMS while overseas is not supported if the overseas network operator does not have a roaming arrangement with Singtel.
12. Sending a MMS while overseas is supported on selected overseas network operators and data roaming rate apply on this usage.
13. Call forwarding service may not be supported by all overseas network operators.
14. Singtel makes no guarantee regarding the quality and availability of coverage on any roaming services. The destinations where roaming is available may vary from time to time and subject to change without prior notice. 
15. Rates may be subject to change without prior notice due to international exchange rates and what we are charged by overseas network operators.
16. Pay-per-use roaming rates and destinations is available on www.singtel.com/smartroamer.
     

ReadyRoam Plans:

1. If you have any of the following:
   • Auto-subscribe to DataRoam Unlimited Daily
   • Auto-subscribe to DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus
   • Enterprise ReadyRoam
   • Enterprise EasyData Roam
   • Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus,

You will need to terminate the service first before you can activate any ReadyRoam plan. Any DataRoam Unlimited Daily or DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus plan already in effect before the day of termination will not be affected. The DataRoam Unlimited Daily plan activated on the day of termination will be replaced with the ReadyRoam plan.

2. Each ReadyRoam plan (Neighbour 1GB, Asia 4GB, Worldwide 6GB and Others 1GB) is for 30 days upon activation. You must activate your ReadyRoam plan within 30 days from the date you purchase the plan. The plan will start at 00:00h (Singapore time) for future-dated activation and immediately for same day activation. The ReadyRoam plan will automatically deactivate at 23:59h (local time for ReadyRoam Neighbour plans and Singapore time for ReadyRoam Asia, Worldwide and Others plans), 30 consecutive days after the activation date. Prevailing data roaming charges apply for data roaming usage beyond the duration stated in the subscribed ReadyRoam plan and/or if you log on to a non-preferred network operator.
3. ReadyRoam Neighbour plans can only be used in their respective destinations: Indonesia, Malaysia or Thailand.
4. ReadyRoam Asia 4GB 18 destinations can only be used in Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar*, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. *Data roaming is currently unavailable in Myanmar.
5. ReadyRoam Worldwide 6GB 81 Destinations can only be used in Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Myanmar*, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovak Republic (Slovakia), South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkey, UAE, UK, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. *Data roaming is currently unavailable in Myanmar.

7. ReadyRoam plans are bundled with 1GB, 4GB or 6GB for 30 days. Another bundle with the same data allowance will be activated at the same price automatically when you have fully utilised the bundled data within the 30-days validity period of your current plan.
   • For ReadyRoam Neighbours 1GB 30 Days single destination, another 1GB of bundled data will be provisioned automatically at $5, non-GST taxable.
   • For ReadyRoam Asia 4GB 30 Days 18 destinations, another 4GB of bundled data will be provisioned automatically at $18, non-GST taxable.
   • For ReadyRoam Worldwide 6GB 30 Days 81 destinations, another 6GB of bundled data will be provisioned automatically at $40, non-GST taxable.
   • For ReadyRoam Others 1GB 30 Days 157 destinations, another 1GB of bundled data will be provisioned automatically at $60, non-GST taxable.

Cancellation of any ReadyRoam plan must be made at least 24 hours before the selected start date. Otherwise, your subscription charge is non-refundable.

Activation of ReadyRoam plans via My Singtel app or Anna (WhatsApp bot) is free. However, if you choose to activate via Singtel’s 1606 hotline (assisted activation), a S$10 activation fee shall apply.
