Recovery Fees
What is a recovery fee?
We understand that there are times that a customer needs to cancel their plan and is unable to fulfil the Minimum Subscription Period.
In the event that this happens, a recovery fee will apply as the customer was offered a subsidised price plan or device based on this Minimum Subscription Period.
The table below explains the types of recovery fees.
