3. Free v019 Calls is only applicable to Combo 12, XO, XO Plus, SIM Only and SIM Only Plus price plans, for voice calls made to any residential and mobile line in Australia (residential line), Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand (residential line), Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, UK (residential line), USA, Vietnam. Local voice call rates apply to all free v019 calls made and the calls are deductible from the free local outgoing voice bundle.

4. A 3-month contract and early termination charges apply.

5. This service is subjected to fair usage of 700 minutes by customers. Singtel shall have sole discretion to determine whether a customer’s usage is excessive and to allocate the excessive portion for charging. Singtel reserves the rights to amend terms & conditions without prior notice.
