Enterprise Mobile Terms and Conditions (“Enterprise Mobile Terms”)

1. General Mobile Terms & Conditions

1.1 In addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Services for Enterprise (“General Terms”) (which terms and conditions are deemed incorporated by reference), the Customer shall be bound by these Enterprise Mobile Terms.

1.2 All prices stated under this Enterprise Mobile Terms are not inclusive of the goods and services tax (GST). Prevailing rates apply, unless otherwise specified.

1.3 Customers applying for a new Mobile Line (as defined below) shall be charged a one-time registration fee of $10.00 and SIM card fee of $20.00 (for physical SIM) and $10 (for eSIM). Prevailing GST rates apply.

1.4 Existing Customers who wish to re-contract their Mobile Line shall be charged an administrative fee of $10.00. In the event a change of a SIM card is required by an existing Customer, a fee of $20.00 (for physical SIM) and $10 (for eSIM) shall be payable. Prevailing GST rates apply.

1.5 Existing Customers with a Mobile Price Plan (as defined below) and under a Customer Agreement (as defined below) can convert to other mobile schemes (i.e. Personal, Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS), Corporate Executive Scheme (CES), and Business Registration Number Scheme (BRN) by paying a conversion fee of $75.00 and upon fulfilling the conversion criteria which shall be advised during the conversion.

1.6 Customers subscribed to the following Mobile Price Plans shall be entitled to free incoming calls till 31 December 2024: Enterprise Mobile Bundle (EMB), Enterprise XO Plus, XO Plus, Enterprise S Plans and SIM-Only.

1.7 Intra-BRN calls is a service which permits eligible Mobile Lines within the same BRN account to make local calls to one another within Singapore at no charge.  Intra-BRN calls shall be provided to Customers who have used all local voice minutes (deducted in blocks of one minute) bundled with the subscribed Mobile Price Plan.

1.8 An excess local call is charged at 15 cents per minute. The charging basis starts from an initial block of one (1) minute and subsequent blocks of six (6) seconds rounded to the nearest cent on a per call basis. For 1800 toll free/1900 premium service numbers, standard local call charges shall apply.

1.9 Each excess SMS is charged at 5 cents. Each excess global SMS is charged at 18.17 cents.

1.10 Pay per use local data service is pre-activated for all Mobile Price Plans. 

(i) Usage within the bundled data shall be computed in blocks of 100KB even if less than 100KB of data is used; and

(ii) Excess data usage beyond the bundled data and pay per use local data service shall be charged at a minimum of 50.47 cents per 100KB of data.

1.11 Excess local 3G data usage for Lite (2GB), Value (3GB), Plus (4GB), Premium (12GB) and Prestige (12GB) plans are charged at $5.00 per GB of data and capped at a fee of $87.00 per month. From 16 September 2013 onwards, excess local data usage is charged at up to $10.00 per GB and capped at $175.00 per month for new and re-contracting 3G Customers.

For new and re-contracting Customers on EMB, Enterprise S Plans SIM-Only and Mobile Broadband Mobile Price Plan, excess local data usage is charged at a rate of 1.01 cents/2KB (min. of 50.47 cents/100KB) and up to $10.00 per GB and capped at $175/month.

For new and re-contracting Customers on XO Plus and Enterprise XO Plus plans, excess local data usage is charged at a rate of $16.82 per 18GB and capped at $175/month.

1.12 The typical speed range of surfing on 3G/4G refer to download speeds that you can experience 80% of the time, over a 24-hour period at various locations with 3G/4G coverage. This speed range may vary between users and is subject to the device used, hardware and software limitations, 3G/4G network coverage/traffic, distance between user and base station, nature of built-up area, source of website and other external factors. 1.13 In the event that the Mobile Line Service with a purchase of Mobile Devices is terminated or downgraded before the expiry of the Minimum Device Period by the Customer for any reason whatsoever, or by Singtel Mobile as a consequence of any breach by the Customer of any of the obligations or duties of the Customer then, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the General Terms, the Customer shall pay to Singtel Mobile an ETC to be calculated in the manner set out below:

(i) where the purchased Mobile Device is an iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 15 Plus, iPad Pro 12.9” (6th Gen), Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus or or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 the ETC of $1,600 per Mobile Device shall be applicable;

(ii) where the Mobile Device is an iPhone 16 Pro, the ETC of $1,800 per Mobile Device shall be applicable;

(iii) where the Mobile Device is an iPhone 16 Pro Max, or Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra or Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus, the ETC of $2,000 per Mobile Device shall be applicable;

(iv) where the Mobile Device is a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 256GB, the ETC of $2,200 per Mobile Device shall be applicable;

(v) where the Mobile Device is a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 512GB, the ETC of $2,400 per Mobile Device shall be applicable;

(vi) where the Mobile Device is a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 1TB, the ETC of $3,000 per Mobile Device shall be applicable; 

(vii) where the Mobile Device is not listed in this Clause 1.13 (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v), (vi) and (vii), the ETC of $1,200 per Mobile Device shall be applicable; unless

(viii) where the Mobile Device is an upcoming model, and such model has an equivalent or higher recommended retail price (“RRP”) as determined by the manufacturer compared to the prevailing RRP of any of the models listed in this Clause 1.13, the ETC of $1,600, $1800, $2,000, $2,200, $2,400 or $3,000 per Mobile Device shall be applicable instead. The comparison of RRP of upcoming models and the models listed in this Clause 1.13 shall be taken with reference to the same date or as updated in the Enterprise Mobile Terms.

1.16 Additional standard roaming charges will apply for overseas usage of calls, SMS and data services. Please refer here for the prevailing surcharge information, including roaming rates and Singtel DataRoam Plans.

1.17 The words and expressions used but not defined in these Enterprise Mobile Terms, shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Customer Agreement, the General Terms or the Specific Terms, unless the context requires otherwise.

1.18 Any inconsistency amongst the following documents is to be resolved by applying the following order of precedence: (a) Customer Agreement (if applicable); (b) General Terms; (c) Enterprise Mobile Terms; (d) Specific Terms and Conditions for Mobile.

1.19 The Customer may request the delivery of Mobile Devices, SIM cards and/or accessories to a designated address which shall be subject to delivery charges.

1.20 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, for the purposes of these Enterprise Mobile Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:

“Business Mobile Application Form” means an application form which the Customer needs to submit for the application or subscription of Service;

“Customer” means any entity and/or employee of the entity (in his/her capacity as such) as the context may permit or who is liable to pay the Fees and Charges for the Service;

“Customer Agreement” means an agreement Lines (which constitutes the Business Mobile Application Form, if any) with the Service Provider and the Customer for the purchase of a Mobile Device and/or Mobile;

"Mobile Device" means any mobile handset or other communications device with which the   Customer will utilise the Mobile Line Service.

"Mobile Lines" means a telecommunications line for use to make or receive calls or to send or receive material from a mobile cellular phone or other wireless device.

"Mobile Line Service" means the provision and/or maintenance by Singtel Mobile of a Mobile Line and any additional services as may be offered or provided by Singtel Mobile.

"Mobile Price Plan" means the post-paid price plan with a monthly subscription fee as determined by Singtel Mobile from time to time. 

“Singtel Mobile” means Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd.

 

2. Temporary Suspension of Mobile Line Service ("TOS")

2.1 TOS is only applicable to the following Mobile Price Plans: EMB, Combo, Extra Small/Small/Medium/Large, XO Plus and Enterprise XO Plus. All other plans not listed above (including 5G MobileShare) are not eligible for TOS.

2.2 Customers must have subscribed to the listed Mobile Price Plans for a minimum of three (3) months’ service to be eligible for TOS.

2.3 Singtel Mobile reserves the right to implement a processing fee of $20.00 for each successful TOS application, and an additional processing fee of $20.00 at the end of the TOS period to reconnect the line. A monthly recurring charge of $10.00 shall be applied for the duration of the suspension period.

2.4 A Mobile Line can only be suspended for a maximum duration of twelve (12) consecutive months, after which Singtel Mobile shall automatically reconnect the Mobile Line on the Customer’s original Mobile Price Plan. A Customer may, at the end of the TOS period, request for the Mobile Line to be reconnected on a different Mobile Price Plan but downgrade charges may apply. In the event that the Customer’s original plan is no longer available at the time of reconnection, Singtel Mobile shall reconnect the Mobile Line on the nearest equivalent available Mobile Price Plan. After reconnection, the Customer must have subscribed for a minimum of three (3) months service before the Mobile Line can be suspended again.

2.5 If the Customer has a Customer Agreement at the start of the TOS period, the Customer Agreement will be temporarily suspended together with the Mobile Line. The Customer Agreement will continue when the Mobile Line is reconnected. The period of the suspension will not count towards any minimum subscription period that is applicable including minimum subscription periods applicable to the line or to the Customer Agreement.

2.6 If the Customer has any existing add-ons services at the start of the TOS period, these add-ons shall be terminated and the Customer may be liable for any applicable termination and/or recovery fees for the add-ons.

 

3. Network Service

3.1 4G service charges shall be waived permanently for Customers who sign up or recontract on EMB, Enterprise S Plans, XO Plus, Enterprise XO Plus and SIM-Only plans. For other Mobile Plans, the 4G service charges shall be waived for a limited period only. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to levy charges or amend the charges anytime by prior notice to Customers in accordance with Singtel’s General Terms & Conditions of Service.

3.2 Singtel 5G NOW is a mobile add-on service which enables mobile data access on 5G Standalone (SA) and Non-standalone (NSA) network using both the 2.1GHz and 3.5GHz spectrum. The service and access will be limited to Singtel’s 5G coverage areas and not nationwide.

Customers who sign up or recontract to XO Plus 68, 88, 118, 168 and 288 plans, Enterprise XO Plus plans, Enterprise S Plans and SIM Only Plus 45, 55 plans can enjoy 5G+ access by default at no cost. Customers who do not wish to use Singtel 5G, you shall be responsible for disabling the relevant functions on your device (if any).

Discontinuation of 5G service: 5G NOW will cease upon temporary suspension of service, transfer of ownership or termination (including by conversion to any other plan).

Exclusions: Multi-sim plans are not eligible plans for Singtel 5G NOW.

 

4. 4G ClearVoice

4.1 4G ClearVoice is a service that is offered to Singtel Mobile Customers with 4G service on the following Mobile Price Plans: EMB, Combo, Extra Small/Small/Medium/Large, XO Plus, Enterprise XO Plus and SIM-Only and available only with sign up of a new Mobile Price Plan or re-contracting an existing Mobile Price Plan with an eligible Mobile Device.

4.2 4G ClearVoice service is only available for local usage.

4.3 Local call usage is deducted from the bundled minutes on the Mobile Price Plan and, if applicable, local call add-ons.

4.4 Free local incoming calls are applicable to 4G voice minutes on the following Mobile Price Plans: EMB, Enterprise S Plans, XO Plus, Enterprise XO Plus, and SIM-Only  and is valid until 31 December 2023.

 

5. Add-on Services with Mobile Price Plan

5.1 A contract term varying from 1 to 24 months (“Contract Term”) applies to add-on services which are not bundled with a Mobile Price Plan. If the Customer terminates an add-on service before the expiry of the Contract Term, the Customer shall be liable to pay an ETC for the remainder of the unfulfilled Contract Term.

5.2 All promotional rates (free, reduced charges or contract combination of both) which are offered for add-on services and Mobile Price Plans (“Mobile Line Services”) in the Customer Agreement (“Promotional Rates”) are valid for the contractual term of the Customer Agreement (“Agreement Term”). Prevailing list prices for the Mobile Line Services (including any free add-on services) shall be imposed on the Customer upon the expiry of Agreement Term or termination of the Customer Agreement as a consequence of breach by the Customer.  

5.3 Upon the expiry or termination of the Customer Agreement, Customer may continue to be invoiced on Promotional Rates for the Mobile Line Services until a new agreement is entered between the Parties. If the Customer thereafter does not to enter into a new agreement or if the Customer terminates or transfers the account to a third party service provider , the Customer shall be liable to reimburse the difference between prevailing list prices and Promotional Rates for the Mobile Line Services retroactively from the date of expiry or termination of the Customer Agreement.  

5.4 Without prejudice to Clause 5.3 above, each Mobile Line which is provisioned with a Mobile Price Plan and a Mobile Device has a minimum subscription period of twenty-four (24) months or such period as may be provided in the Customer Agreement (“Subscription Period”). If the Customer fulfils the Subscription Period, the Customer may continue to be invoiced on Promotional Rates but if the Customer thereafter decides to terminate the Mobile Line or transfers the account to a third party service provider, the Customer shall be liable to reimburse the difference between prevailing list prices and the Promotional Rates for the Mobile Line Services retroactively from the expiry of the Subscription Period. 

 

6. Non Commercial and Fair Usage Policy of Local Calls, Local SMS and Local Data

6.1 Free Local Calls and local SMS which are provided in a Mobile Price Plan are to any local mobile number. For the avoidance of doubt, Bundled Local Calls/SMS will be pro-rated for usage on the first month of signing up and during termination within the billing cycle. If the Customer downgrades to another Mobile Price Plan with bundled Local Calls/SMS or terminates within the billing cycle, the usage accumulated during the bill cycle may be exceeded and be subject to excess charges as specified in Clause 1.8 and Clause 1.9 above. Customer’s use of all free services is subject to Singtel’s acceptable use policy (“AUP”) and Fair Usage Policy (as defined below).

6.2 To ensure that the activities of some users do not impair the ability of Customers to have access to reliable services, this service is conditional on fair usage by the Customers (“Fair Usage Policy”).

6.3 Local calls are provided solely for live dialogue between, and initiated by, individuals. Calls which are for other purposes including but not limited to monitoring services, transmission of broadcasts, transmission of recorded material, telemarketing, other commercial uses, or other connections that do not consist of uninterrupted live dialogue between individuals are subject to Singtel’s AUP or Fair Usage Policy.

6.4 Intra-BRN calls is subject to the Fair Usage Policy which currently limits the Customer to 10,000 voice minutes per month. Singtel Mobile reserves the right, without notice or limitation, to levy prevailing charges on usage in excess of the prevailing cap, or to deny, terminate, end, modify, disconnect, or suspend service if Singtel Mobile, at its sole discretion, determines the action is necessary to protect the network from harm or degradation.

6.5 SMS may not be used to transmit or facilitate any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, telemarketing, promotional materials, "junk mail", unsolicited commercial or bulk messages, mass SMS broadcasts, Application-to-Person (A2P), Machine-to-Machine (M2M) or such other automated messaging methods, or for activities that will adversely affect the ability of users or systems to use Singtel Mobile's services, or for any other reason that in our sole discretion violates Singtel Mobile's policy of providing service for Customer’s use.

6.6 Local data may not be used to transmit or facilitate any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, telemarketing, promotional materials, "junk mail", unsolicited commercial or bulk messages; or for activities that will adversely affect the ability of users or systems to use Singtel Mobile's services, or for any other reason that in Singtel Mobile’s sole discretion violates Singtel Mobile’s policy of providing service for Customer’s use.

6.7 Singtel Mobile reserves the right, without notice or limitation, to deny, terminate, modify, throttle, disconnect or suspend services if the Customer engages in unfair, excessive or abusive usage or if Singtel Mobile, at its sole discretion, determines that action is necessary to protect the network from harm or degradation.

6.8 Without prejudice to Clause 6.7, if a Customer uses more than (i) 10,000 local call minutes per month, (ii) 10,000 local SMS per month, or (iii) 300 SMS per day, or (iv) 80 SMS per hour, such usage will be deemed to be excessive usage. Use of filesharing software or peer-to-peer/torrent apps, and downloading abnormal amounts of large-format files such as music, videos and movies, or other activities that generate large volumes of traffic on Singtel Mobile's network will be deemed to be excessive or abusive usage of local data. Singtel Mobile reserves the right, without notice or limitation, to levy prevailing charges on excessive usage, or to deny, terminate, end, modify, disconnect, or suspend service if the Customer engages in unfair, excessive or abusive usage, or if Singtel Mobile, at its sole discretion, determines the action is necessary to protect the network from harm or degradation.

6.9 When making outgoing calls using free v019 add-on, only the first 700 minutes are free. Any additional outgoing v019 calls will be charged at the prevailing v019 rates. Other local outgoing calls which are bundled as part of a Mobile Price Plan will continue to be free.

 

7. 5G MobileShare Plus Supplementary Plan (“5G MobileShare Plus”)

7.1 Customers who subscribe to the following Mobile Price Plans: EMB, XO Plus, Enterprise XO Plus and Enterprise S Plans are eligible to subscribe for 5G MobileShare Plus (“Eligible Mobile Plan”). 5G MobileShare Plus is a supplementary mobile plan with a minimum subscription period of 12 months.

7.2 Customers who are subscribed under an Eligible Mobile Plan may subscribe up to three (3) 5G MobileShare Plus Mobile Lines under the same billing account. Such 5G MobileShare Plus Mobile Lines will be supplementary under the Eligible Mobile Plan.

7.3 Local calls: Where an Eligible Mobile Plan is bundled with free voice minutes, the MobileShare Mobile Line will also have free incoming and outgoing calls.

7.4 Local SMS usage: If an Eligible Mobile Plan is bundled with local SMS, the local SMS will be shared between the Eligible Mobile Plan and the 5G MobileShare Plus Mobile Line(s).

7.5 Local data: Local data usage incurred under the 5G MobileShare Plus line(s) will be charged to the Eligible Mobile Plan. If the local data usage of the Eligible Mobile Plan (including any usage by the MobileShare line(s)) exceeds the total local data bundle provided under the Eligible Mobile Plan, local data pay-per-use charges will be billed to the Eligible Mobile Plan based on prevailing local data pay-per-use rates.

7.6 Unused local call minutes/SMS/data in any Eligible Mobile Plan cannot be carried forward to the following month.

7.7 If the Eligible Mobile Plan is terminated (including by conversion to any other plan), the 5G MobileShare Plus line(s) supplementary to the Eligible Mobile Plan will automatically be converted to a 1 month contract SIM Only Starter plan with a fee of SGD $25.23 per month (inclusive prevailing GST). The SIM Only Starter Plan is bundled with 150 mins local Outgoing Calls, 500 local SMS and 20GB local mobile data.

 

8. Port-in Service

8.1 “Port-In Service” means a service provided by Singtel Mobile which allows a Customer to retain his non-Singtel Mobile postpaid Mobile number by porting his line from his current Mobile service provider (“Donor”) to a Singtel Mobile postpaid line. Customer consents to the release of Customer’s information to a third party central number port service provider and/or the Donor for the purpose of activating the Port-In Service.

8.2 Customer agrees to pay all outstanding charges to the Donor, including pre-termination charges, if any, prior to the activation of the Port-In Service.

8.3 Upon commencement of the Port-In Service, Customer’s existing contract with the Donor shall automatically terminate.

8.4 If the Port-In Service request is rejected by Singtel Mobile for any reason, the Customer shall resolve any outstanding issue(s) with the Donor within the fourteen (14) days of the date of the Customer’s signing of the Port-In Service agreement with Singtel Mobile. If the Customer fails to resolve any outstanding issue(s) with the Donor within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Customer’s signing of the Port-In Service agreement with Singtel Mobile, then Customer shall pay Singtel Mobile, immediately on demand, (i) the device subsidy as stated in the Customer Agreement (if any) and (ii) cancellation charges for blank SIM card or early termination charges for pre-activated SIM card.

 

9. Mobile Number Scheme for Golden / Special / Incident Numbers (“Golden Number Scheme”)

9.1 Customers may request to pay for the right to use specific golden/special/incident mobile numbers (“Golden Number” or collectively, “Golden Numbers”). Singtel Mobile reserves the right to reject any application, and to have the final decision on number allocation in the event of a dispute.

9.2 If a request is successful, the cost of the Golden Number will be billed to the Customer’s next Singtel Mobile bill.

9.3 The Customer shall activate the Golden Number on a Singtel Mobile Postpaid subscription within fourteen (14) days of obtaining the Golden Number under the Golden Number Scheme. If the Golden Number is not activated within fourteen (14) days, the Customer will cease to have the right to use the Golden Number. Singtel Mobile will have the absolute right to deal with the Golden Number as it deems appropriate without being liable to the customer for any loss or damages. Singtel Mobile will not refund any amount paid by customer for the Golden Number.

9.4 The Customer shall pay the cost of the Golden Number by the due date stipulated in the Customer’s Singtel Mobile bill. Singtel Mobile shall have the absolute right to retrieve and re-circulate the Number to another customer if the cost of the Golden Number is not paid in full by the due date.

9.5 Golden Numbers may not be resold, transferred or offered in any way whatsoever to a third party without Singtel Mobile’s prior approval in writing.

9.6 Singtel Mobile reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this Golden Number Scheme at any time without prior notice.

9.7 Singtel Mobile may change or withdraw any Golden Number without prior notice to Customer, and without being liable to the Customer in damages or otherwise, owing to directions given by the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore or any other regulatory authority, or any telecommunications network changes initiated by Singtel Mobile or otherwise.

 

10. Singtel SIM-Only Plan

10.1 The SIM-Only plan is a Mobile Price Plan with a monthly subscription. Customers must first apply for and subscribe to the SIM-Only plan, and thereafter subscribe to Data, Talktime or SMS add-ons to the SIM Only plan. The SIM-Only plan and SIM-Only add-ons are billed on a monthly basis.

10.2 SIM-Only plan does not support DataMore, TalkMore Extra, TalkMore Unlimited and SMSMore add-ons. 5G MobileShare is not supported on SIM-Only plans.

10.3 If the SIM-Only plan is terminated (including by conversion to any other Mobile Price Plan or port-out by transferring the Singtel Mobile post-paid mobile number to a third party service provider) before the expiry of the minimum subscription period by the Customer for any reason whatsoever, or by Singtel Mobile as a consequence of any breach by the Customer of any of the obligations or duties of the Customer, there will not be any pro-ration of fees due to Singtel Mobile, and recovery fees will apply.

10.4 In addition to the Data, Talktime and SMS SIM-Only add-ons, SIM-Only plan Customers may also subscribe to Caller ID, AutoRoam, Pay-As-U-Roam, Auto-Subscription to DataRoam Unlimited Daily, Caller Number Non-Display, DataRoam plans and Detailed Billing.

10.5 New and existing Customers who have fulfilled the Customer Agreement and are not subscribed to any monthly bill rebate scheme can sign up for a SIM-Only plan. If the Customer was on a monthly bill rebate scheme before taking up the SIM-Only Starter Pack, the bill rebate scheme will be terminated.

10.6 SIM-Only plans cannot be nominated for Mobile Price Plan discount promotion. Cross-product bundles, bill rebates and red rewards points are not applicable to SIM-Only plan Customers.

10.7 By default, SIM-Only plan SIM cards support Voice, SMS, data and roaming services. Excess charges apply for any usage outside the bundled entitlements.

10.8 The SIM-Only Plan is subject to Singtel Mobile's AUP and Fair Usage Policy.

 

11. Terms and Conditions for Enterprise XO Plus

11.1 “Enterprise XO Plus” refer to the following Mobile Price Plans: Enterprise XO Plus Small, Enterprise XO Plus Medium and Enterprise XO Plus Large. Enterprise XO Plus are available for subscribers who sign-up for new mobile lines (including port-in) or re-contract an existing line, with a mobile device for a minimum subscription period of twenty-four (24) months.

11.2 Launch Promotion: The following promotions are valid for the above eligible subscribers who sign up before 31 December 2024. This promotion is not valid with other promotions that may be offered, unless otherwise stated.

(i) Free registration & SIM card for new and port-in customers.

(ii) Additional 5GB local data for Enterprise XO Plus Small

11.3 Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan: This plan is bundled free as part of Enterprise XO Plus for the eligible subscribers and is recurring on a month-to-month basis until the Customer or Singtel Mobile terminates this plan. This plan is bundled with 2GB data on Enterprise XO Plus Small, 3GB data on Enterprise XO Plus Medium and 6GB data on Enterprise XO Plus Large (“Data Roaming Bundle”).

Upon detection of data usage on any of Singtel Mobile’s preferred operator’s network (“Preferred Operator’s Network”) in the supported 81 destinations listed below, Data Roaming Bundle will be activated. Another 2GB of data will be provisioned automatically at $40 when the Customer has fully utilized the bundled data at any point during the billing cycle, and the charge of $40 shall apply even if Customer has not fully used the 2GB of data during the billing cycle. Any unused portion of the data shall not be carried forward to the next billing cycle.

Upon detection of data usage on any of Singtel Mobile’s Preferred Operator’s Network outside the supported 81 destinations but within DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plan coverage, the DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plan will be activated automatically at the prevailing list price. DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plan terms and conditions which is available at www.singtel.com/business/roamingtnc shall apply.

Prevailing pay-per-use rates (“PPU Rates”) shall apply for data roaming usage on Singtel Mobile’s non-preferred operator’s network (“Non-Preferred Operator’s Network”) and in destinations outside the plan’s coverage which is available at www.singtel.com/smartroamer.

The Customer shall activate either AutoRoam or Pay-As-You-Roam and GPRS on the post-paid Mobile Line before signing up for the Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan add-on. 

Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan shall be used in the supported 81 destinations as follows: Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Canada, Cambodia, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovak Republic, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Timor-Leste, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. 

Cancellation of Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan is allowed on the new bill cycle, and without any data roaming usage. In the event Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan is terminated in the month of data roaming usage, such usage shall be charged at the PPU Rates. 

Termination and re-activation of Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan is only available via Online Shop or Corporate Mobile Operations (assisted activation). A $10 (prevailing GST rates apply) activation fee shall apply on new assisted activation.

When the Customer is subscribed to Enterprise Auto DataRoam, the Customer will need to terminate this add-on before the Customer can activate any other DataRoam plans.  

Singtel Mobile reserves the right to revise the specific terms and conditions for Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan at its sole discretion and/or terminate, suspend in whole or in part any terms without prior notice. Use of Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan will constitute acceptance of the specific terms and conditions for Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan including any subsequent amendments. 

11.4 Free v019 voice calls for 20 destinations (capped at 700 minutes): This add-on is bundled free as part of Enterprise XO Plus. This add-on allows the Customer to make free v019 calls to 20 international destinations from the Customer’s mobile price plan local talktime bundle and send 100 global SMS free each month. Prevailing IDD charges apply if Customer exceeds 700 minutes on v019 calls.

International destinations: Australia (calling fixed line only), Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand (calling fixed line only), Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, UK (calling fixed line only), USA & Vietnam. The list of countries is subject to change by Singtel Mobile without prior notice.

11.5 Free Singtel Shield - Jamf Mobile Threat Defense: One (1) license shall be registered to one (1) mobile device for the purpose of receiving or using the Jamf mobile application. The Customer agrees that by using this Jamf mobile application, Singtel Mobile shall be entitled to disclose or use any information or data disclosed by the Customer.

Customer acknowledges that the Jamf mobile application is provided by or originates from a third party vendor (“Third Party Vendor”). As a prerequisite to enrolling and using the Jamf mobile application, the Customer consents to Singtel Mobile disclosing to Third Party Vendor and to Third Party Vendor storing, hosting, organising, retrieval or otherwise managing the Customer’s data on the Third Party Vendor’s facilities. 

Third Party Vendor’s Terms and Conditions, accessible at http://www.wandera.com/terms-and-conditions/ and specific terms and conditions for Jamf mobile application, accessible at https://www.singtel.com/content/dam/singtel/business/sb/Product%20&%20Services/Mobility/mobility-solutions/singtel-shield/Wandera-Individual-MTD-TnC.pdf shall apply.

The Customer shall, at all times, be bound by and shall fully observe and comply with any and all Third Party Vendor terms and conditions of use, including any variations and/or amendments thereto, that is howsoever and/or whensoever notified to the Customer by such third party or by Singtel Mobile. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it shall be a condition for the Wandera mobile application to be rendered or continue to be rendered (as the case may be), for the Customer to agree to and be bound by and to fully observe such Third Party Vendor terms.

11.6 Free AutoRoam: This add-on lets Customer automatically connect to Singtel Mobile’s roaming service in more than 245 international destinations with no added surcharge to roaming rates. The monthly subscription of $10/month for the AutoRoam add-on will be waived as part of the Enterprise XO Plus. Roaming charges will apply for overseas usage of calls, SMS and data services if Customer has not subscribed to a roaming plan. 11.7 Free Caller ID: Caller ID identifies callers by displaying their phone number on the Customer’s Mobile Device before the Customer answers a call. Customers who sign up a new mobile line or re-contract the CES Plans will be eligible for free Caller ID service. The set-up cost of $10.00 and the monthly subscription of $5.00/month for the Caller ID add-on will be waived as part of the Enterprise XO Plus.

11.8 Free Voicemail: Voicemail allows callers to leave the Customer a voice message when the Customer is unavailable to answer the call. The set-up cost of $10.00 and the monthly subscription of $5.00/month for the Voicemail add-on will be waived as part of the Enterprise XO Plus.

11.9 Network Service (4G Service, 5G NOW Market Trial) and 4G ClearVoice: These services are provided to Enterprise XO Plus according to policy detailed in Clause 3 and Clause 4 of Enterprise Mobile Terms and Conditions.

11.10 Enterprise XO Plus do not support Data X add-ons

11.11 Enterprise XO Plus including any add-ons is subject to Singtel's fair usage policy and acceptable use policy. To ensure that the activities of some users do not impact the ability of other customers to have access to reliable services, fair usage policy is applicable. Unlimited local talktime are capped at 10,000 local minutes and excess charges apply thereafter.

 

12. Terms and Conditions for Enterprise S Plans

12.1 Enterprise S Plans” refer to the following Mobile Price Plans: S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5. Enterprise S Plans are available for subscribers who sign-up for new mobile lines (including port-in) or re-contract an existing line, with a mobile device for a minimum subscription period of twenty-four (24) months.

12.2 Auto-Subscribed DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus: Auto-subscription to this plan is bundled as part of Enterprise S Plans for the eligible subscribers and is recurring on a usage basis until the Customer or Singtel Mobile terminates this plan.

12. 3 Upon detection of data usage on any of Singtel Mobile’s preferred operator’s network (“Preferred Operator’s Network”) in the supported 157 destinations, DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus will be activated automatically at $29 daily. List of destinations and terms and conditions are available at www.singtel.com/business/roamingtnc shall apply.

12.4 Termination and re-activation of DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus is only available via Online Shop or Corporate Mobile Operations (assisted activation). A $10 (prevailing GST rates apply) activation fee shall apply on new assisted activation.

12.5 Singtel Mobile reserves the right to revise the specific terms and conditions for DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus at its sole discretion and/or terminate, suspend in whole or in part any terms without prior notice. Use of DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus will constitute acceptance of the specific terms and conditions for DataRoam Unlimited Daily  Plus including any subsequent amendments.

12.6 Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Plan: This plan is bundled as part of Enterprise S Plans for the eligible subscribers and is available on a usage basis until the Customer or Singtel Mobile terminates this plan. This plan is bundled with 6GB data on S4. Data usage detected on any of Singtel Mobile Preferred Operator network outside the 81 destinations but within DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan coverage, a DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan will be activated automatically for the Customer at the prevailing list price. DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan terms and conditions shall apply.

12.7 Cancellation of Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Plan is allowed on the new bill cycle, and without any data roaming usage. In the event Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Plan is terminated in the month of data roaming usage, such usage shall be charged at PPU Rates.

12.8 Prevailing pay-per-use rates (“PPU Rates”) shall apply for data roaming usage on Singtel Mobile’s non-preferred operator’s network (“Non-Preferred Operator’s Network”) and in destinations outside the plan’s coverage which is available at www.singtel.com/smartroamer.

12.9 Termination and re-activation of Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Plan is only available via Corporate Mobile Support (assisted activation), a $10 (prevailing GST rates apply) activation fee shall apply on new activation. Alternatively, the Customer can self-manage this subscription via Corporate eShop at no additional charge.

12.10 When the Customer is subscribed to Enterprise Auto DataRoam, the Customer will need to terminate this add-on before the Customer can activate any other Dataroam plans.

12.11 Singtel Mobile reserves the right to revise these specific terms and conditions for Enterprise Auto Dataroam Monthly Plan at its sole discretion and/or terminate, suspend in whole or in part any terms without prior notice. Use of Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Plan will constitute acceptance of these specific terms and conditions for Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Plan including any subsequent amendments.

12.12 Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan: This plan is bundled as part of Enterprise S Plans for the eligible subscribers and is recurring on a monthly basis until the Customer or Singtel Mobile terminates this plan. This plan is bundled with 30GB data on S5. Another 2GB of data will be provisioned automatically at $40 when the Customer fully uses the first 30GB bundled data at any point during the billing cycle. The charge of $40 shall apply even if Customer has not fully used the 2GB of data during the billing cycle. Any unused portion of the data shall not be carried forward to the next billing cycle

12.13 The Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan is subject to a minimum subscription period of twelve (12) months contract. If the Customer terminates the Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan during the Minimum Subscription Period, Singtel Mobile shall have the right to impose an early termination charge equal to the pro-rated charges for the remaining unfulfilled period of the Minimum Subscription Period. When the Customer is subscribed to Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan, the Customer will not be able to activate any other DataRoam plans.  

12.14 Singtel Mobile reserves the right to revise the specific terms and conditions for Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan at its sole discretion and/or terminate, suspend in whole or in part any terms without prior notice. Use of Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan will constitute acceptance of the specific terms and conditions for Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan including any subsequent amendments.
