1. Singtel Terms and Conditions for Enterprise which is available at https://www.singtel.com/terms-general-enterprise (“Enterprise Terms”) and Enterprise Mobile Terms and Conditions (“Enterprise Mobile Terms”) which is available at www.singtel.com/enterprise-mobile-terms-and-conditions, shall apply in addition to these terms and conditions.
2. Singtel reserves the right to revise these Specific Terms and Conditions for Roaming at its discretion and/or terminate, suspend in whole or in part any Roaming plans without prior notice. Use of Roaming will constitute acceptance of these Specific Terms and Conditions for Roaming and the amendments thereof.
3. To subscribe to a dataroam plan, you will require a postpaid mobile line with: 
   • AutoRoam or Pay As You Roam Subcription
   • GPRS service
4. Activation of DataRoam plan via My Singtel app or Corporate Mobile eshop is free. However, if you choose to activate via Corporate Mobile Support (assisted activation), a $10.90 activation fee shall apply.
5. Any cancellation of DataRoam plan must be made 48 hours before the day of plan activation, otherwise subscription charge is non-refundable.       
   
6. Singtel's dataroam plan is to be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
   

AutoRoam and Pay-As-U-Roam

1. AutoRoam service is chargeable at $10 every month on a monthly recurring basis. Roaming usages are chargeable at the prevailing pay-per-use roaming rates if you have not subscribed to a roaming plan. 
   
2. Pay-As-U-Roam is a free service. Roaming usages are chargeable at the prevailing pay-per-use roaming rates if you have not subscribed to a roaming plan. An additional 25% surcharge will also be applied on the accumulated roaming rates. 
3. All voice and video calls are charged in 1 minute increments.
4. Data roaming usage, sending & receiving of MMS are charged in 10KB increments.
5. For USA and Canada, their operators will start charging after 30 seconds of ringing even if incoming calls are unanswered. If you hang up the call before 30 seconds, no charges will be incurred. This is subject to change by our overseas roaming partners.
   
6. Receiving a call while overseas include both incoming call roaming rate and rerouted IDD call charges (from Singapore to the roaming destination). Roaming call and Rerouted IDD call are charged in 1 min increments. Rerouted IDD Calls are incoming calls you received (including rejected calls) while you were overseas and have been rerouted from Singapore to the country you are in. You will be billed the Singtel IDD rate.
   
7. All outgoing and incoming calls are subject to a connection fee of $0.35 per call.
   
8. Video call service is only available for 3G roamers using 3G supported mobile device.
   
9. Using 3G Data service overseas is only available for users with 3G SIM cards and accessing 3G supported networks.
   
10. LTE roaming is only available for selected destinations. You will need to subscribe to a 4G vas and use a LTE enabled mobile device.
11. Sending and receiving of SMS while overseas is not supported if the overseas network operator does not have a roaming arrangement with Singtel.
12. Sending a MMS while overseas is supported on selected overseas network operators and data roaming rate apply on this usage.
13. Call forwarding service may not be supported by all overseas network operators.
    
14. Singtel makes no guarantee regarding the quality and availability of coverage on any roaming services. The destinations where roaming is available may vary from time to time and subject to change without prior notice. 
15. Rates may be subject to change without prior notice due to international exchange rates and what we are charged by overseas network operators.
    
16. Pay-per-use roaming rates and destinations is available on www.singtel.com/smartroamer.

DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan

1. The Customer shall activate either AutoRoam or Pay-As-you-Roam and data usage on the Mobile Line before signing up for the DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan.
2. DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan is only applicable for Customer’s Mobile Device which is roaming in one (1) country on the Preferred Operator’s Network(s).
3. If Customer’s Mobile Device is logged on to a Non-Preferred Operator’s Network, Pay Per Use (PPU) Rates will apply.
4. DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan will automatically de-activate at 00:00 hours of the expiry date of such plans. Expiry alerts for the following countries are based on the destination time and the time zone of key cities: Australia (Sydney), USA (New York), Canada (Toronto), Indonesia (Jakarta), Russia (Moscow). 
5. Any cancellation or termination of DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan must be made forty-eight (48) hours before its deactivation; otherwise there may be usage charges incurred.
6. Activation of DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plans via Corporate eshop is free. However, if the Customer chooses to activate DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plans via Corporate Mobile Support (assisted activation), a $10.90 (inclusive of GST) activation fee shall apply on new activation.
7. DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plans are to be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only and are subject to the Fair Usage Policy on data roaming usage per day. If the Customer’s usage exceeds the recommended fair usage within the day, Singtel Mobile will send a SMS notification to the Customer, impose a speed limit on the service until the end of the affected day. The Customer has an option to activate Enterprise Data Speed Booster for one (1) day to uplift the speed limit. Use of DataRoam at 3G/4G/5G speed is valid until 2359hr destination local time.  Auto-Subscribe to DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan

1. Auto-Subscribe to DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan automatically activates Singtel Mobile’s DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan upon detection of data usage on any of Singtel Mobile preferred operator’s network (“Preferred Operator’s Network”) in the supported 150+ destinations.
2. The Customer shall activate either AutoRoam or Pay-As-You-Roam and data usage on the postpaid Mobile Line before signing up for the Auto-Subscribe to DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus add-on.
3. If DataRoam usage is detected, the DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan will be provisioned automatically for the user. To stop the auto-provision of another DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan for the next day, logon to My Singtel app to disable data roaming before 23:59 hours in visiting destination.
   
4. DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan subscribed via Auto-Subscribe to DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan add-on will be charged at the prevailing list price which is available at www.singtel.com/smartroamer.
   
5. If the Auto-Subscribe DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan add-on is terminated and DataRoam usage is detected on the same day, any data roaming usage shall be charged at pay-per-use roaming rates (“PPU Rates") unless the Customer has subscribed to another data roaming plan on the same day.
   
6. When the Customer is subscribed to Auto-Subscribe to DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus, the Customer will need to terminate this add-on before the Customer can activate any other DataRoam plans.

Enterprise Auto DataRoam

1. The Customer shall activate either AutoRoam or Pay-As-You-Roam and GPRS on the Postpaid Mobile Line before signing up for the Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan add-on.
2. Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring plan shall be used in 81 destinations as follows: Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Canada, Cambodia, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovak Republic, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Timor-Leste, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.
3. Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan is bundled with 100MB free data. Another 2GB of data will be provisioned automatically at $40 when the Customer fully uses the first 100MB bundled data at any point during the billing cycle. The charge of $40 shall apply even if Customer has not fully used the 2GB of data during the billing cycle. Any unused portion of the data shall not be carried forward to the next billing cycle. 
4. Data usage detected on any of Singtel Mobile Preferred Operator network outside the 81 destinations but within DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plan coverage, a DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plan will be activated automatically for the Customer at the prevailing list price. DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plan terms and conditions shall apply.
5. Cancellation of Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan is allowed on the new bill cycle, and without any data roaming usage. In the event Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan is terminated in the month of data roaming usage, such usage shall be charged at PPU Rates.
6. PPU Rates apply for data roaming usage on Non-Preferred Operator’s network and in destinations outside the plan’s coverage.
7. Termination and re-activation of Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan is only available via Corporate Mobile Support (assisted activation), a $10.90 activation fee shall apply on new activation. Alternatively, the Customer can self-manage this subscription via Corporate eshop at no additional charge.
8. When the Customer is subscribed to Enterprise Auto DataRoam, the Customer will need to terminate this add-on before the Customer can activate any other Dataroam plans.
9. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to revise these specific terms and conditions for Enterprise Auto Dataroam Monthly Recurring Plan at its sole discretion and/or terminate, suspend in whole or in part any terms without prior notice. Use of Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan will constitute acceptance of these specific terms and conditions for Enterprise Auto DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan including any subsequent amendments.

Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan (81/157 Destinations)

1. The Customer shall activate AutoRoam or Pay-As-You-Roam and data usage on the Mobile Line before signing up for the Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan.
2. Network lock function for usage on Preferred Operator’s Network will be enabled for users on Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan. The PPU Rates will apply for usage on Non-Preferred Operator’s Network.
3. The Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan is subject to a Minimum Subscription Period of twelve (12) months. If the Customer terminates or downgrades the Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan during the Minimum Subscription Period, Singtel Mobile shall have the right to impose an early termination charge equal to the pro-rated charges for the remaining unfulfilled period of the Minimum Subscription Period.
4. Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan is bundled with 30GB data. Another 2GB of data will be provisioned automatically at $40 when the Customer fully uses the first 30GB bundled data at any point during the billing cycle. The charge of $40 shall apply even if Customer has not fully used the 2GB of data during the billing cycle. Any unused portion of the data shall not be carried forward to the next billing cycle.
5. For Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus (81/157), data usage detected on any of Singtel Mobile Preferred Operator network outside the 81/157 destinations but within DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan coverage, a DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan will be activated automatically for the Customer at the prevailing list price. DataRoam Unlimited Daily Plus Plan terms and conditions shall apply.
6. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions for Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan at its sole discretion and/or terminate, suspend in whole or in part any terms without prior notice. Use of Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions for Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan including any subsequent amendments.

Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Worldwide Monthly Plan

1. The Customer shall activate either AutoRoam or Pay-As-You-Roam and data usage on the Mobile Line before signing up for the Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus (Worldwide) Monthly Plan.
2. Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus (Worldwide) (Monthly) Plan is available for data roaming use in the countries with network operators which have data roaming agreement with Singtel Mobile, apart from Aircraft-AeroMobile, Cruise-AT&T and Cruise-Telenor Maritime. The destinations where data roaming is available may vary from time to time and subject to change without prior notice.
3. Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus (Worldwide) Monthly Plan is bundled with 30GB data. Another 2GB of data will be provisioned automatically at $40 when the Customer fully uses the first 30GB bundled data at any point during the billing cycle. The charge of $40 shall apply even if Customer has not fully used the 2GB of data during the billing cycle. Any unused portion of the data shall not be carried forward to the next billing cycle.
4. Singtel Mobile reserves the right, without notice or limitation, to reject subscription or impose speed limit if the Customer engages in unfair, excessive or abusive usage or if Singtel Mobile, at its sole discretion, determines that action is necessary to protect the network from harm or degradation.
5. Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus (Worldwide) Monthly Plan is subject to a Minimum Subscription Period of twelve (12) months contract. If the Customer terminates or downgrades the Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus Monthly Plan during the Minimum Subscription Period, Singtel Mobile shall have the right to impose an early termination charge equal to the pro-rated charges for the remaining unfulfilled period of the Minimum Subscription Period.
6. Use of Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus (Worldwide) Monthly Plan will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions for Enterprise EasyData Roam Plus (Worldwide) Monthly Plan including any subsequent amendments.

DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plan

1. Dataroam Monthly Recurring Plans include DataRoam 1GB Monthly Recurring Australia and DataRoam 2GB Monthly Recurring Malaysia.
   
2. DataRoam Monthly Recurring Plans are only applicable for customers roaming in Australia on Optus network and Malaysia on Maxis and Digi networks respectively. Prevailing data roaming charges will apply for data roaming usage if you log on to any other network.
3. DataRoam 1GB Monthly Recurring Australia & DataRoam 2GB Monthly Recurring Malaysia is only applicable for customers roaming in Australia on Optus network and Malaysia on Maxis and Digi network respectively. Prevailing data roaming charges will apply for data roaming usage if you log on to any other network.
4. DataRoam 2GB Monthly Recurring Malaysia is chargeable every month on a subscription basis. The monthly subscription for DataRoam 2GB Monthly Recurring Malaysia is $10 for 2GB data bundle. If you exceed the specified data bundle, an excess charge of S$0.005/MB (≈$5/GB) shall apply.
   
5. DataRoam 1GB Monthly Recurring Australia is chargeable every month on a subscription basis. The monthly subscription for DataRoam 1GB Monthly Recurring Australia is $10 for 1GB data roam bundle. If you exceed the specified data bundle, an excess charge of S$0.009/MB (≈$10/GB) shall apply.

UnlimitedRoam 14 Days Plans

1. If you have auto-subscribe to DataRoam Unlimited Daily, you will need to terminate this service first before you can activate any of the 14 Days plan.
2. The UnlimitedRoam 14 Days Neighbours is chargeable at $20 with a 15GB roaming data allowance at full speed, unlimited data at lower FUP speeds thereafter*. It is for use in all of these 3 destinations: Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.
3. The UnlimitedRoam 14 Days Asia is chargeable at $35 with a 15GB roaming data allowance at full speed, unlimited data at lower FUP speeds thereafter* It is for use in all of these 18 destinations: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar^, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. (^Data roaming in MYANMAR is UNAVAILABLE until further notice.)
4. The UnlimitedRoam 14 Days Worldwide is chargeable at $45 with a 15GB roaming data allowance at full speed, unlimited data at lower FUP speeds thereafter* It is for use in all of these 81 destinations: Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Myanmar^, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovak Republic (Slovakia), South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkey, UAE, UK, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. (^Data roaming in MYANMAR is UNAVAILABLE until further notice.)
5. *Unlimited Quantity subject to Fair Usage Policy. UnlimitedRoam 14 Days Plans provide you with an unlimited quantity of roaming data that is subject to our fair usage policy. You will enjoy the first 15GB at full speed, and thereafter unlimited data at lower speeds.
6. If you have purchased / subscribed to and activated any other Roaming Plan (other than a DataRoam Unlimited Daily plan) in addition to your UnlimitedRoam 14 Days Plan for any of the relevant destinations covered under your UnlimitedRoam 14 Days Plan, only your UnlimitedRoam 14 Days Plan will be used in such destination(s) up until it is deactivated pursuant to these terms. If you have purchased / subscribed to and activated a DataRoam Unlimited Daily plan) in addition to your UnlimitedRoam 14 Days Plan, this Clause does not apply.
7. You must activate your UnlimitedRoam 14 Days plan within 30 days from the date you purchase the plan. The plan will start at 00:00 (Singapore time) for future-dated activation and immediately for same day activation.
8. The activated UnlimitedRoam 14 Days plan will be active for a 14-day period commencing on the date on which you activate such plan, and will automatically deactivate at the end of such period at 23:59 hours (Singapore Time).
9. The UnlimitedRoam 14 Days plan cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for cash (or any other products) after purchase, regardless of activation or utilisation.

In-Flight Unlimited Data Plan

1. In-flight Unlimited Data Plan is only applicable for roaming on preferred network on specific flights on selected airlines where in-flight connectivity is available. The service will be provided for 24 hours from the time of activation. To monitor your usage and duration of the subscribed plan, you may check under the Roaming page in My Singtel app. Prevailing data roaming charges apply for data roaming usage beyond the duration stated in the subscribed In-flight Unlimited Data Plan and/or if you log on to a non- preferred network operator.
2. In-flight Unlimited Data Plan can only be used during a flight when the plane is cruising but not when the plane is on the ground, during take-off or landing. The speed of In-flight data connection supports messaging optimally. Your experience with photo sharing or web surfing on content & image intensive sites may not be optimal.
3. In  order to provide customers with fast and reliable mobile internet service, In-flight Unlimited Data Plan is subject to Daily Fair Usage Policy. If you exceed the daily fair usage, Singtel will impose a speed limit (64kbps) on data roaming service without prior notification. This speed limit will be lifted at 00:00 hours the following day.

Cruise DataRoam (Daily Unlimited)

1. The Cruise DataRoam (Daily Unlimited) plan, for $29 per day, can only be used to roam on Singtel’s preferred network on selected cruises where cruise connectivity is available.
2. The speed of cruise data connection supports messaging optimally. Your experience with photo sharing or web surfing on content and image intensive sites may not be optimal.
   
3. Activation and validity. You must activate your Cruise DataRoam (Daily Unlimited) plan within 30 days from the date you purchase the plan. The plan will start at 00:00 (Singapore time) for future-dated activation and immediately for same day activation.
   
4. Deactivation. The Cruise DataRoam (Daily Unlimited) plan will automatically deactivate at 23:59h Singapore time on the last day of activation.
5. Cancellation. Any cancellation of Cruise DataRoam (Daily Unlimited) plan must be made 24 hours before the day of plan activation. Otherwise, your subscription charge is nonrefundable.
6. The Cruise DataRoam (Daily Unlimited) plan is subject to our Daily Fair Usage Policy. If you exceed the daily fair usage, we will impose a speed limit on the service until your 24- hour plan ends, without first notifying you.

8. Auto-Subscribe DataRoam Unlimited Daily does not activate Cruise DataRoam (Daily Unlimited). Customers are required to subscribe to Cruise DataRoam (Daily Unlimited) separately to enjoy data roaming on the cruise while on open seas.
