Split Billing is a value-added service, applicable to customers' UEN (Unique Entity Number) mobile lines only.
Split Billing is not applicable for customers under the Corporate Mobile Executive Scheme (CMES) and Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS).
The Company shall be the contracting party in relation to the subscription of this Singtel Mobile service and shall remain liable at all times to Singtel Mobile for all obligations under such subscription including but not limited to the obligation to pay the full amount stated in any bill, notwithstanding the bill being addressed to the employee.
In the event of any failure by the employee to pay any bill (or any portion thereof), the Company shall pay such unpaid amounts (or any portion thereof).
The Company shall be entitled to decide on the split billing amount for each subscription.
A letter of authorisation (in the format prescribed by Singtel Mobile from time to time) is required from both the Company and the employee for every new application for this Split Billing Service.
A new letter of authorisation will be required in the event of any change to the split billing amount, change of billing account, change in mobile number, change in employee details, change of billing address and/or in any other circumstances as may be required by Singtel Mobile.
Singtel Mobile reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Singapore Telecommunications Ltd's General Terms and Conditions of Service(s) and Billing Terms; and Singtel Mobile's Specific Terms and Conditions of Service shall apply in addition to these terms and conditions.
