What is my voice mailbox number?

Your voice mailbox number is your 8-digit mobile phone number.

How do I access my voicemail?

If you are in Singapore, please dial 1389. You will be required to key in your PIN to access your mailbox.

When overseas, you can access your mailbox by dialling the following numbers, depending on the country you are in:

  • Malaysia: 02 96301389
  • All other countries: +65 96301389.

Please note that overseas call and roaming charges apply for accessing your mailbox overseas.

How do I manage my call diversions?

Diverting calls to voicemail Stop diverting calls to voicemail
Using your mobile line, dial **(call transfer code)*1389#.

For example, to divert incoming calls to a specific mobile number, dial **21*1389# using the mobile phone with that number. 		Using your mobile line, dial ##(call transfer code)#

For example, to stop divert calls to a specific mobile number, dial ##21# using the mobile phone with that number.
List of numbers for call transfer options:
21 - All incoming calls
61 - No reply calls
62 - Not reachable calls
67 - Busy calls

If you are overseas, you can only activate and deactivate diversion of incoming calls.

How can I let incoming calls ring for a longer duration before diverting them to my voicemail?

To extend the ringing duration, dial **61*1389*11*30# using the specific mobile line.
