The Singtel Digital Silvers programme is part of the national Digital for Life movement. Singtel is partnering various social services agencies to sponsor upgrades at Senior Activity Centres (SACs) transforming them into digital hubs where infocomm is integrated as a tool to promote active ageing.

These upgrades at SACs includes Wi-Fi connections, Singtel TV ethnic content (Chinese, Malay, and Indian) and tablets to facilitate virtual engagement.

Singtel Digital Silvers and IMDA are partnering social services agencies to run one-to-one sessions, with the help of Singtel volunteers, that support seniors in picking up basic digital skills – using smart devices, surfing the internet, staying in touch with loved ones online and using digital payments safely.

Singtel is also offering weekly Digital Workshops at Singtel Shops before opening hours.

Singtel has set aside priority queues for seniors at stores and hotlines so that they can be given digital guidance and served more quickly.

Digital Workshops are available every Wednesday from 9am - 11am, at any of our eight main Singtel Shops.
