Q1. How can I use my Red voucher?
You can utilize your voucher in one of the four following ways:
- As a one-time $80 discount on your new device with any phone plan.
- As a one-time $80 discount on your mobile device at retail price (without a plan).
- As a $3.33/month bill rebate over 24 months, when you purchase a mobile device (phone or tablet) with Singtel PayLater on your new or existing mobile plan.
- As a $3.33/month bill rebate over 24 months when you sign up for or recontract to a broadband plan (above 1Gbps).
When used as a bill rebate, a deduction of $3.33 will be reflected monthly for 24 months in your Singtel bill. Do note that terminating your plan any time during these 24 months will result in the cessation of your monthly bill rebates.
Q2. Can I apply the Red voucher on Singtel.com?
Yes! You can apply the Red voucher online on selected transactions:
- Signing up for or recontracting to a phone plan
- Signing up for a new SIM Only Plus plan with a new mobile device (phone or tablet) with Singtel PayLater
- Signing up for or recontracting to any broadband plan above 1Gbps
To do so, simply log into OnePass and apply the Red voucher when carting out.

Q3. How will I receive my Red voucher?
Your Red voucher will automatically be issued when you sign up for or renew your Singtel Red membership. You may access and manage your voucher through My Singtel app (Rewards > My Vouchers).
The voucher can be utilised instantly, or will otherwise be valid for a year. As a Red member, you will be eligible for the Red voucher yearly – a new Red voucher will automatically be issued upon renewal of your Red membership cycle.
Q4. When will the Red voucher expire?
The voucher will be valid for a year from the point of issuance. You will be issued a new Red voucher when your membership is renewed each year.
Q5. What will happen to the unused Red voucher after the expiry date?
Unused vouchers will automatically be forfeited upon expiry. We encourage you to utilise your Red voucher soon after subscription on a device or plan.
Q6. What Red telco benefits can I enjoy?
As a Red member, you are eligible for the following telco benefits at Singtel:
- EXTRA 10GB/mth of 5G data for 12 months: Sign up or recontract to a phone plan or SIM Only Plus plan with 5G access, or purchase any 5G NOW add-on, to enjoy.
- EXTRA 1GB with every purchase of ReadyRoam Asia, Worldwide or Others: Purchase any of these ReadyRoam plans (excluding ReadyRoam Neighbours) to enjoy.
- 50% OFF CAST monthly for 12 months: Purchase an eligible CAST pack to enjoy (see FAQ below of eligible CAST packs).
- $1/mth OFF Wi-Fi mesh or third-party routers for 12 months: Purchase a Wi-Fi mesh or third-party router at retail price to enjoy.
Q7. Which mobile plans are eligible for the EXTRA 10GB/mth, and how can I enjoy this?
The 10GB is automatically provisioned upon successful sign-up or recontract of the eligible 5G services below:
- Phone plans with 5G access
- SIM Only Plus plan with 5G access
- 5G NOW add-ons
This benefit is only applicable when you sign up for or recontract to an eligible 5G service, after your Red membership has been activated.
Q8. Which ReadyRoam plans are eligible for the EXTRA 1GB and how can I enjoy this?
An additional 1GB of roaming data will automatically be added to your data bundle upon purchase of any eligible ReadyRoam plan. For example, if the data bundle is 4GB, Red members will enjoy 5GB for the plan duration.
Eligible ReadyRoam plans are:
- ReadyRoam Asia
- ReadyRoam Worldwide
- ReadyRoam Others
After purchase, your ReadyRoam plan and extra 1GB of roaming data will be reflected in the home page of your My Singtel app. Enjoy this benefit multiple times throughout your membership, on any of your mobile lines. Do note that it is only applicable on purchases made after your Red membership has been activated. Extra 1GB will be provisioned on the day of ReadyRoam purchase.

Q9. Which CAST packs are eligible for the 50% OFF for 12 months?
The 50% discount will automatically be added when you buy any of the eligible CAST packs blow:
- Entertainment: Sports Plus, Lifestyle Plus, Chinese Plus, Entertainment Plus, Education Plus, Learning Plus, News Plus, Astro Citra on Demand, 360 Entertainment, Uniigym.
- Video apps: Viu Premium, TVB Anywhere+, iQIYI, Sun NXT, BBC Player
This benefit is applicable to purchases under the Singtel billing payment option, that were made after your Red membership was activated. The CAST packs will be chargeable at the prevailing rate from the 13th month onwards.
Q10. Which routers or meshes are eligible for the $1/mth rebate for 12 months?
This benefit is applicable only for existing fibre broadband customers, and is applicable on purchases on Wi-Fi mesh and third-party routers at retail price. It is not applicable for mesh and routers bundled into existing fibre plans.
The discount will automatically be provisioned upon purchase, and will be reflected as a $1/mth bill rebate for 12 months. Do note that it is only applicable on purchases made after your Red membership has been activated.
Q11. What benefits can I enjoy with the Amazon Prime membership?
New and existing Red members can enjoy a year of Amazon Prime, courtesy of Singtel at no cost.
Benefits of Amazon Prime membership includes:
