<b>Sign-up offer points</b> should be received within 2 weeks from your service start date.For phone plans, your service start date is typically when you receive your device; for SIM Only plans, when you activate your SIM card; and for fibre broadband and TV, upon installation.<p> <b>Tenure-based points for the SIM Only Plans</b> (i.e. points earned for staying for the stipulated number of months with the plan) should be received within 30 days of completing 6 months with the plan.
How will I be notified of my yuu Points?
After signing up for a new plan, you will receive an SMS from Singtel on your yuu Points eligibility after your service starts. The SMS will be sent to your Singtel contact number.<br>You can also switch on your yuu App notifications to be alerted when the yuu Points are credited to your account.
