FAQ

What is the timeline required for installation?

Our sales consultants will process your application within 3 working days and we'll be arranging for 2 installation appointments at the earliest availability. 

  • Activation of Net Link Trust (NLT) Fibre Terminal Point for equipments such as your router (typically 1 week after sign-up)
  • Singtel appointment for installation of your router (as early as 2 days after NLT activation)

    Once your appointments have been scheduled, you will receive:  

  • An email with your Fibre Broadband plan sales agreement
  • An SMS stating the date and time of your NLT installation and Singtel installation.

If you wish to change the date and time of your installations, you will be able to do so via a link in the SMS with your installation appointment details. 
 

What do I need to prepare for the installation?


 2 power points, 1 for the Optical Network Router and 1 for the Wireless Access Point / Router.

 

What happens during NLT and Singtel installation?


NetLink Trust (NLT) installation - A fibre termination point for equipment such as your router will be activated either remotely or on site by NLT engineers first.  For maximum broadband connection, NLT engineers may advise on the cabling and wiring required. NLT will advise if you need to be present for this installation.
 

Singtel installation – Our field engineers will install and set up the Optical Network Terminal and Wireless Access Point / Router. You will need to be present for the Singtel installation.
