Singtel x Möwe home automation packages ensure that you can convert your existing devices – such as the lights, TVs and other appliances – into a Smart Home environment. Our installers will be on hand to install and set up your Smart Home, so that you can enjoy your new Smart Home at ease.

Yes! A Singtel Broadband service needs to be activated to start using the service. Your Smart Home switches and hubs will need to be connected to the internet, so that you can control them from the Möwe iAppliances mobile app. With the app, you can control the Smart Home devices remotely or set up scene settings and create schedules.

If you don’t yet have a Singtel Broadband with us, you can sign up for Singtel Broadband together with the Möwe home automation packages and our installers will have everything readily installed for you!

If you already have your Singtel Broadband installed, Möwe will contact you within 7 working days to arrange for delivery, installation and connection. Depending on the package that you’ve selected, installation and set-up can range from 1 day (Package A) or up to 2-3 days (Package B/C).

Möwe will be delivering the equipment to your residence for set-up. During the process, the team will install and connect the Smart Switches, IR/RF Controllers and more to your Singtel WiFi. You’ll also be guided to download and set up your account in the Möwe iAppliances mobile app. From there on, you’ll be able to set your scenes and routines on the app with/without Google Assistance and start managing your Smart Home seamlessly!

If you're experiencing issues with your equipment, try restarting the Zigbee Hub or IR+RF controller by switching it on and off.
Additionally, ensure your Fibre connection is functioning properly. Here's what you can do:

If you can connect to the internet, your connection is fine and likely the issue is contained to your Smart Home devices.

If your internet isn't working, you can:
a. Check/restart your ONT or ONR. Look for a green PON/Internet light.
b. Check/reboot your router.
c. Check/reboot your mesh.
