Yes, you will need to be a Singtel Fibre customer, as monthly installments will be shown on your Singtel Fibre bill.

Yes, from your mobile phone app you can lock/unlock the door, view what's happening at your doorlock and more.
What’s the warranty on the doorlocks?

Your first year comes with a full warranty. In your second year, your warranty covers parts.
How much is the Smart Home set up?

When you purchase the doorlock, installation and set up of Smart Home is free for initial set up.
Any additional trips to solve issues or set up at your home thereafter will be charged to you from $150 per trip, only if the issue cannot be resolved remotely.
