Shell Petrol Vouchers are offered for the current promotion from 19 March to 30 April 2025.

All Singtel Car Protect car insurance purchases made through Singtel's digital channels will be eligible for the petrol vouchers, except for:

1. Customers who choose not to renew their existing Singtel Car Protect policy, and instead purchase a new policy through Singtel’s website.
2. Customers who have cancelled their Singtel Car Protect policy during the validity period.
3. Customers who insure a vehicle of more than 8 years old.
4. For the extra $20 petrol vouchers promotion, only existing Singtel Mobile Postpaid customers are eligible.

If you are eligible for the promotion, voucher redemption details will be sent to the registered email with your policy by the end of the following month after your purchase.

Yes, coverage is extended to unnamed drivers who are authorised or permitted by you to drive the Vehicle. For more info please refer to our FAQ.

Yes, you can include up to 3 Named drivers in your car insurance policy. Should you need to make changes to the Named driver(s) after your purchase, you may email us at SingtelCarProtect@greateasterngeneral.com.

The premium of your car insurance policy is calculated based on the profiles of the Primary driver and the Named Driver(s). Depending on the risk profiles of the drivers, the premium may remain the same, increase or decrease.

Note: It is important to disclose relevant information in your application so that the risks can be assessed accurately.

• Age below 26 or above 69:  $2,500
• Age between 26 and 69, with less than 3 years of driving experience:  $2,500
• Age between 26 and 69, with more than 3 years of driving experience:  $500

Singtel Car Protect does not provide coverage for all carpooling activities, GrabHitch and PHVs.

Singtel Car Protect car insurance policies require an upfront payment at the end of the quotation page on the Singtel digital channels. Instalment plans are not offered. 

To qualify for the Petrol Vouchers campaign, you must complete the full payment for your policy.
