You may subscribe to beIN SPORTS CONNECT on CAST if you are a Singtel Postpaid Mobile, Broadband, or TV subscriber. Alternatively, you may sign up for a free CAST account and pay via credit card option which is available to everyone.
I am a Singtel Mobile customer, how do I create a CAST account?
First, download the CAST app from the App Store or Google Play Store.<br><br>Next, launch the CAST app and login with your Mobile no. and OTP.
How do I access beIN SPORTS CONNECT?
beIN SPORTS CONNECT is available online (connect-sg.beinsports.com) and as an app on Apple App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for Android devices.
How do I login to beIN SPORTS CONNECT with CAST?
Step 1: Subscribe to beIN SPORTS CONNECT via CAST.SG. </br>Step 2: Visit connect-sg.beinsports.com/en/account/login or download the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app from the App Store or Google Play Store. </br>Step 3: Click on 'Login with Singtel ID' option. Subsequently, select Singtel CAST and enter your Mobile no. + OTP. </br>Step 4: You’re done! Start streaming your favourite sports programmes on beIN SPORTS CONNECT.
How do I manage my credit card subscription?
You can manage your credit card pack subscription by logging onto cast.sg website. Login with your CAST ID and password or mobile number and OTP > Click on the profile icon on the top right > Select ‘CAST Account > Manage or terminate your subscription under ‘Credit Card Subscription’.
If I terminate my credit card subscription, will my CAST access end too?
For credit card subscription, customers are billed in advance for a 30-day period. Even if you terminate your subscription, you will still have access to your subscription till the end of your 30-day billing period.
