What is CAST?
CAST is a unique all-in-one video streaming platform that combines the flexibility of LIVE TV and video streaming apps with on-demand entertainment, according to your needs. Plus, you can download shows on your home WiFi for offlline viewing on-the-go, so you never have to worry about consuming mobile data.
Who is eligible to subscribe for CAST?
CAST is currently available for Singtel TV, Postpaid Mobile, and Fibre Broadband subscribers. Do note that CAST is not available for mio Stadium+ and Cross-carriage subscribers.<br><br>Non-Singtel customers can subscribe to Sports Plus, Chinese Plus, Lifestyle Plus, Education Plus, Entertainment Plus and Learning Plus with your credit or debit card. I am a Singtel Mobile customer, how do I create a CAST account?
First, download the CAST app from the <a href=”https://app.appsflyer.com/id1115565258?pid=homepage&c=below_button” target=”_blank”>App Store</a> or <a href=”https://app.appsflyer.com/com.singtel.play?pid=homepage&c=below_button” target=”_blank”>Google Play Store</a>. <br><br>Next, launch the CAST app on 4G network and you will be logged in automatically.
I am a Singtel TV or Singtel Broadband customer. How do I create a CAST account?
If you’re on your laptop, simply go to this <a href="https://cast.singtel.com/signup" target="_blank">link</a> to create your CAST account under ‘Singnet Fibre Broadband’ or ‘Singtel TV’ respectively.<br><br>If you’re on your mobile, launch the CAST app and log in with your credentials under ‘Singnet Fibre Broadband’ or ‘Singtel TV’ respectively.<br><br>After the account creation, you may start watching the complimentary CAST channels or your subscribed CAST packs immediately.
Do I need any equipment to use CAST?
No, CAST lets you watch your favourite entertainment without the need for a set-top box. You may watch your favourite shows on any screen–laptops, mobile, tablets and TVs. It’s now easier to cast your shows on the big screen with a list compatible devices such as Chromecast, Apple TV, Android TV, and selected Samsung Tizen Smart TVs.
How do I access CAST on my desktop or laptop?
You may stream programmes on your desktop or laptop on www.cast.sg by logging in with your mobile number and One Time Password (OTP) or CAST ID and password.
How do I watch the content on Cartoon Network Watch & Play?
Cartoon Network Watch & Play is an exclusive app on Learning Plus. You will have to download the app to start watching the shows. Singtel Mobile CAST customers will be logged in automatically using 4G authentication if you’re on your 4G network. Otherwise, simply log in with your CAST account.
How do I enjoy the first 30 days trial on credit card?
You can enjoy free 30 days trial free for your first-time subscription of the pack through credit card. This trial is not applicable for subsequent sign-ups. To activate this free trial offer, you will need to enter your credit card details. Your card will not be charged during the trial and you can cancel any time – this does not restrict access to the subscription during the trial. If you do not cancel during your trial, your paid subscription will start automatically at the end of the trial.
How do I manage my credit card subscription?
You can manage your credit card pack subscription by logging onto <a href="https://www.cast.sg">cast.sg</a> on your computer / iPad (not on mobile). Login with your CAST ID and password or mobile number and OTP > Click on the profile icon on the top right > Select ‘CAST Account > Manage or terminate your subscription under ‘Credit Card Subscription’.
If I terminate my credit card subscription, will my CAST access end too?
For credit card subscription, customers are billed in advance for a 30-day period. Even if you terminate your subscription, you will still have access to your subscription till the end of your 30-day billing period.
What is happening to the apps, Nickelodeon Play and Nick Jr. Play, on Singtel CAST Learning Plus pack?
ViacomCBS will no longer be providing content on Nickelodeon Play and Nick Jr. Play in Singapore. As such, the Nickelodeon Play and Nick Jr. Play app will no longer be available as part of Singtel CAST’s Lifestyle Plus pack from 28 February ’21.
