1. What is Singtel Extended Warranty?

Singtel Extended Warranty is a protection program for Lifestyle Products purchased from Singtel. It extends the Manufacturer's Warranty, covering Breakdown, defects and/or failure of the Product occurring after expiry of the Manufacturer’s Warranty Period. If your covered equipment is beyond repair, a replacement equipment may be offered to you.

2. What are the eligible products that can be enrolled to Singtel Extended Warranty?

Lifestyle products purchased from Singtel shops can enrol for Singtel Extended Warranty at the point of sale. Your product can be covered up to 4 years including the Manufacturer’s Warranty period. Exclusion list applies.

3. Where can I enrol to Singtel Extended Warranty?

You may enrol to Singtel Extended Warranty at any Singtel shops and exclusive retailers when you purchased a Lifestyle Product.

4. I have just enrolled to Singtel Extended Warranty. How will I know if my enrolment is confirmed?

You will receive a SMS with a notice of subscription commencement together with the Terms and Conditions

5. How do I make a service request?

You may make a service request by contacting bolttech, our appointed service provider via:

  • Online Portal – register via singtel.protection.bolttech.sg, or
  • Service Hotline - 6028 9745, 7 days a week between 9am and 6pm from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
