2. Complete the Singtel Home Protect Claim form

You can use the same form for multiple types of claims (e.g. lost/damaged property + personal liability).

3. Prepare your supporting documents

4. Submit your completed form and supporting documents within 30 working days to:

5. Great Eastern General will aim to settle your claim within 7 working days after receiving your documents

In the meantime:

  • DO NOT dispose of any damaged items
  • DO NOT incur any expense in making good any loss or damage without our prior written consent
  • DO NOT negotiate, pay, settle, admit or repudiate any claim without our prior written consent.
