If you're on a 3G-only mobile phone, you'll see a 3G network bar or 'H+' icon in the top-right corner of your phone screen all the time.
If you're using a 3G SIM card, you'll see a 3G network bar or 'H+' icon in the top-right corner of your phone screen all the time; AND you will have received an SMS or direct mailer from Singtel to upgrade your SIM.
If you're on an older, incompatible mobile phone, you would have received an SMS or mailer from Singtel notifying you of the need to switch to a new phone. Click here to check if your phone is compatible.
