Data-only means that customers will not be able to access the hi!App or perform certain actions, such as checking their balance.

Note
  • SIM registration with passport will be subject to thirty (30) days validity. To retain this SIM for more than 30 days, re-registration is required at any Singtel Shop, selected Singtel Exclusive Retailers, Singtel mRemit Lucky Plaza #01-11 or selected Prepaid authorised retailers here with Singpass or original Singapore-issued ID (Identity Card / Work permit) within thirty (30) days of your SIM registration.
  • Self-registration on the hi!App using a passport or self-registration on hi!App outside of Singapore using a passport/Singapore-issued ID will only grant access to data-only features on all prepaid SIM cards.

Self-register and activate your SIM/eSIM on hi!App (Passport)​.

Step 6: Confirmation

Centre your face in the frame to capture your photo.
You can use your SIM card only after registration is successful.

Step 1: Download hi!App

Connect to WiFi or hotspot to download hi!App.
Open the app after download, click 'I have a new SIM/eSIM', 'Register new SIM card'.​

Step 2: Fill in your details

Click "Manually fill up all your information".

Step 3: Enter your details

Fill in your Passport details.

Step 4: Enter/Scan SIM card details

Fill in your "A" and "B" SIM card details.

Step 5: Verification

Scan and upload the Passport Bio-data page.

Step 6: Confirmation

Centre your face in the frame to capture your photo.
You can use your SIM card only after registration is successful.

Connect to WiFi or hotspot to download hi!App.
Open the app after download, click 'I have a new SIM/eSIM', 'Register new SIM card'.​
