How to trade in

1. Check your old working device’s trade-in value above. 

2. Before you check out your cart, select Trade-in option. 

3. We will convert it to upfront credit to offset your new device purchase with us, on the spot.

4. Trade-in value can only offset the cost of your new device and any balance cannot be used on accessories.

5. Back up your data, reset to factory settings and remove SIM card/SD card, on your old working device.

6. Upon delivery of your new device, please hand over the old working device with its power adaptor and accompanying accessories to the delivery man.

7. Please ensure you :

  • Sign out from all apps and services.
  • Turn off automatic login features (Face ID, Touch ID).
  • Turn off Find My iPhone, iCloud and Google accounts.
  • Write IMEI number of the returned device on the signed Delivery Order.

I did not purchase my phone from Singtel. Can I still trade in with Singtel?


Yes. We will accept the phone even if you bought it from somewhere else.

Can I trade in other phones that are not available in the trade-in phone list?


Yes, you can. You can proceed to any of our Singtel Shops listed to get our staff to advise the value of your device.

What do I need to bring for this Trade-In Programme?


You will be required to hand in the eligible device, adaptors and accompanying accessories.

What do I need to do with my device before I bring it in for this Trade-In Programme?


You will need to: 

  • Back up your data 
  • Sign out apps and services 
  • Turn off automatic login features (Face ID, Touch ID) 
  • Turn off Find My iPhone, iCloud, and Google accounts 
  • Reset to factory setting 
  • Remove SIM cards or SD cards if there are any 
  • Phone set up process is completed, and no Google or other accounts are present in the phone.
