Singtel Red is a membership programme available to Singtel postpaid customers (including CIS customers) at $40/year. 
As a Red member, you are entitled to benefits across 3 categories, worth over $500: 

Red Value:

• Red voucher: $80 off your device or plan
• Red telco benefits: Extra data on 5G services and roaming plans, discounts on CAST packs 

Red Indulgence:

• Red experiences: Free upgrade to Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Platinum status & more
• Red delights: Birthday and festive deals all year round
• Red merchant deals: Over 100 merchant deals redeemable via My Singtel app, including new 1-for-1 F&B deals every month

Red Priority:

• Red priority services: Priority to reserve flagship phones, direct access to a live agent when you chat with us, 4-hour home site support for broadband and TV 

Manage your membership anytime via My Singtel app.

If you are an existing Singtel customer with at least one postpaid Singtel mobile, fibre broadband or TV service, you can sign up for Singtel Red via singtel.com/red, My Singtel app or in any of our Singtel shops! 

If you are a new Singtel customer, you can sign up for Singtel Red in any of our Singtel shops or through sales assisted transactions online. 

Each customer is eligible to purchase only one Red membership, but all users under the same account holder will be able to access and utilise the Red benefits.

Do note that Red is also available to Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) customers. 

Your Red voucher will automatically be issued when you sign up for or renew your Singtel Red membership. Look out for your voucher on My Singtel app (Rewards > My Vouchers).

You can utilise your voucher in one of the four following ways:

• As a one-time $80 discount on your new device with any phone plan.
• As a one-time $80 discount on your mobile device at retail price (without a plan).
• As a $3.33/month bill rebate over 24 months, when you purchase a mobile device (phone or tablet) with Singtel PayLater on your new or existing mobile plan.
• As a $3.33/month bill rebate over 24 months when you sign up for or recontract to a broadband plan (above 500Mbps).

When used as a bill rebate, a deduction of $3.33 will be reflected monthly for 24 months in your Singtel bill. Do note that terminating your plan any time during these 24 months will result in the cessation of your monthly bill rebates.
