When can I receive my yuu Points?
You should receive your yuu Points within 2 weeks from your service start date. <br>Your service will usually start when you receive your device for a phone plan, activate your SIM Card for a SIM Only plan, or complete installation for fibre broadband and Singtel TV services.
How will I be notified of my yuu Points?
After signing up for a new plan, you will receive an SMS from Singtel on your yuu Points eligibility after your service starts. The SMS will be sent to your Singtel contact number.<br>You can also switch on your yuu App notifications to be alerted when the yuu Points are credited to your account.
