  • 14.
    When can I receive my yuu Points?
    Sign-up offer points should be received within 2 weeks from your service start date. For phone plans, your service start date is typically when you receive your device; for SIM Only plans, when you activate your SIM card; and for fibre broadband and TV, upon installation.

    Tenure-based points for the SIM Only Plans (i.e. points earned for staying for the stipulated number of months with the plan) should be received within 30 days of completing 6 months with the plan.

    How will I be notified of my yuu Points?
    After signing up for a new plan, you will receive an SMS from Singtel on your yuu Points eligibility after your service starts. The SMS will be sent to your Singtel contact number.
    You can also switch on your yuu App notifications to be alerted when the yuu Points are credited to your account.
