Check contract start date

Follow these steps if you have just recontracted or changed to a new plan for Mobile or Broadband.
 

  1. Log in to My Singtel app. Alternatively, you may also check how to access your Service Agreement form on My Account. 

  2. Scroll to Quick access and tap on Service Agreement.




3. Find the activation date under Customer Order Details in your Service Agreement. This will be your contract start date. 




Recontract mobile line with new SIM card

When your SIM card is activated, your original start date would be brought forward to this date, regardless of the activation date on your Service Agreement.  

Your new contract and new plan, if any, will also start on that date.
