Suspend or resume services

Suspending your services for up to 12 months

If you wish to temporarily suspend your mobile services, here's what you can do.

1. Log in to My Account with OnePass.

2. Scroll down, select the service that you wish to suspend and click on Manage Service.

Login to Singtel My Account with OnePass. Scroll down, select the service that you wish to suspend

Next, click on 'Manage Service'


3. Click on Suspension of Service and follow the instructions from there.

Please note that a monthly charge of $10.90 (with GST) will be applicable for the suspension request of each service and will be reflected in either of your next 2 bills.

Resuming a service that you’ve chosen to suspend

  1. Log into My Account with OnePass
  2. Scroll to the suspended service and select Manage Service.
  3. To resume a suspended service, login into My Account via OnePass and scroll to the suspended service and select 'Manage Service'

     

  4. Select Resume Service and follow the instructions. An administrative charge of $21.80 (with GST) will apply and may be reflected over your next 2 billing cycles.
  5. Next, select 'Resume Service' and follow the instructions. An administrative charge will apply
