Transfer of Singtel account and service ownership
 

For Home services

Visit any Singtel Shop to transfer ownership.

What to bring

Both you and the transferee of the ownership will need to bring original personal identification documents such as your IDs.

 

If the transferee is a foreigner

He/she will need to present:

• Employment Pass or S-Pass with at least 6 months validity to the date of expiry

• Work Permit/Social or Dependent Pass with at least 12 months validity to the date of expiry

• Purchase agreement/Tenancy letter (with proof of occupancy for more than 6 months)

• Passport

For Postpaid Mobile services

The person receiving your transfer of service ownership must have an OnePass account to make the transfer.


1. Log in to My Account with OnePass.

2. Scroll down, select the Mobile service that you need to transfer and click on Manage Service.

3. Click on Transfer Ownership and follow the instructions from there.
