After you have signed up or recontract a plan/add-on, your first bill likely consists of one-time charges and 2 months of subscription charges:
1) Partial month charge
2) Subscription charge
Why are there one-time charges?
Charges such as your new SIM card or administrative/activation fees will be reflected if applicable.
What is partial month charge
Your first month subscription is charged starting from the date your service is activated till your first bill is generated. This results in partial month (subscription) charge as your service start date can be on any day of the month but the date on which your bill is generated adheres to our fixed billing schedule. Hence you may not have reached a full month’s charge.

Why is there another subscription charge?
In the same bill, your second month subscription is included because monthly subscriptions are charged prior to your usage. Any additional usage charges outside of your Service Agreement will be carried over to the following bill.
