Log in to My Singtel app with OnePass and go to Bills to make payment. After you select your preferred payment method and complete payment, your payment status will be immediately updated.

There are 2 ways you can set up monthly recurring payment via your credit/debit card:
Important to note: Your monthly recurring arrangement will only begin in your next billing cycle. For the current cycle, continue with your regular payment method.
Method 1: Via My Account. Log in with OnePass.
Once your monthly recurring arrangement is successful, this liner will be reflected in your next bill.
Method 2: Via My Singtel app. Follow these steps:
1.. Select the Singtel account you wish to set up monthly recurring payments for.
2. Tap Set up recurring payment.
3. Select Credit/Debit card as your payment method.
4. Enter your card details. Then tap Verify card.
5. After your payment method setup is successful, you'll be brought to this screen.
6. You'll see this on your Bills tab.
Scan the SGQR code in your bill statement with your banking app to make payment. Once complete, your payment status will be immediately updated.
