Go paperless with eBill

In our efforts to go green, with effect from June 2019, all new or recontract customers will automatically be signed up for eBill.

You may access your bill details and usage breakdown like date and time of incoming/outgoing calls, outgoing SMS and data, up to the last 3 months when you log in to My Account with OnePass.

How you can switch to eBill

Log in to My Account with OnePass and opt in to eBill.

Request for paper bill

You may log in to My Account with OnePass to opt for a physical bill. Paper bills will be charged at $2.73 (GST incl.) per month and Mobile Detailed Billing at $5.45 (GST incl.) per mobile line. You will still be able to access your eBills, but you would not be able to view your bill usage details.
 

Resend physical copy of bill

You can download the last 6 months of your bill history through My Account when you log in with OnePass.

If you require a one-time physical copy of your bill, you can tap on Request Copy of Past Bill and be charged at $5.45 (GST incl.) per copy.
