Service suspended due to late or non-payment

To resume service, please ensure you have made full payment of both the outstanding and current charges. The fastest way to view the total amount due and make payment is to go to Bills in My Singtel App or log in to My Account via OnePass. How to resume your service after you've made payment

1. Save a screenshot or photo of your receipt. Your Account Number and amount paid must be clearly visible. See our recommended receipts below.

3. If your service isn't resumed within 30 mins, please restart your mobile.

 

Service is still suspended after payment

This could be because you have not cleared both the outstanding and current amount, or the payment is still being processed. To have peace of mind over your bill payments, sign up for recurring monthly payment via GIRO or credit card.
