1. Refer to the SMS received when you made your purchase. Tap on the link to track order with your Order ID pre-filled.
The link provided in the SMS will contain URL starting with https://help.singtel.com/

Alternatively, launch My Singtel app, go to More and tap on Track My Order.

2. Log in with your Order ID, followed by your Identity Number (NIRC/Fin Number) that was used to sign up for the service.

3. Upon logging in, scroll down to view your Singtel Installation Appointment. Tap on Change.

Note: Appointment details can be changed up to 2 working days before the actual day.
4. To change the date and/or time, tap on the date of your choice first followed by the time to complete the change.

5. Tap Done and remember to Save changes.
