Check or change my Singtel installation/relocation appointment

If you have a NetLink Trust appointment, this needs to be completed before your Singtel installation. Contact us via chat for any appointment changes.


1. Refer to the SMS received when you made your purchase. Tap on the link to track order with your Order ID pre-filled.

The link provided in the SMS will contain URL starting with https://help.singtel.com/

Alternatively, launch My Singtel app, go to More and tap on Track My Order.

2. Log in with your Order ID, followed by your Identity Number (NIRC/Fin Number) that was used to sign up for the service.

3. Upon logging in, scroll down to view your Singtel Installation Appointment. Tap on Change.

Note: Appointment details can be changed up to 2 working days before the actual day.


4. To change the date and/or time, tap on the date of your choice first followed by the time to complete the change.

5. Tap Done and remember to Save changes.
