Follow these steps:
1. Log in to My Singtel app via OnePass.
2. Scroll down to Quick access section, and tap on Manage WiFi.
3. Look for Update firmware, and tap Update.
4. Select the broadband service (if you have more than 1), and tick the checkbox to proceed.
5. Select the device with the yellow prompt and tap Update firmware.
6. Tap Confirm.
7. You'll see this screen once your request to update firmware is successful.
