Unsubscribe from Broadband add-ons
 





1. Log in to My Account with Singtel OnePass.

Login to my account to unsubscribe to Singtel broadband add-ons


2. Upon logging in, click Manage Add-ons under Manage Accounts from the menu.

Click on Manage add-ons - Singtel braodband support


3. Select the service that you wish to remove the add-on.

Select add-on - Singtel braodband support


4. Click Remove to unsubscribe from the selected add-on.

Click to remove add-on - Singtel broadband support


5. Click Yes to confirm. Review any additional information if applicable.

Click on Yes to confirm removal of broadband add-on


Once you have successfully unsubscribed from the add-on, an updated Service Agreement will be emailed to you. This change will be reflected within your next 2 bills.
