Activate and manage roaming

1. Log in to My Singtel app.

2. Scroll to Quick access > Travel to select your preferred plan.

If you've enabled AutoReadyRoam, the most afforadable ReadyRoam plan will be automatically activated if the plan covers your travel destination. 

If you have not subscribed to AutoRoam, activate Pay-As-U-Roam. This allows you to connect to Singtel’s roaming service when overseas to use your subscribed roaming plans.

1. On My Singtel app, scroll to Add-ons> See all.

2. Select Pay-As-U-Roam.

Pay-As-U-Roam is free and charges will only apply if you exceed your current roaming plan. Check rates

To ensure smooth data usage when overseas,

1. Switch off airplane mode when you have reached your destination.

2. Enable data roaming on your phone via mobile data settings.

For Android

Go to your device Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Data Roaming

For iOS

Go to your device Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options

3. Enable data roaming network settings on My Singtel app.

• On My Singtel app, tap View roaming > Manage. 

• Tap Settings and enable Data Roaming (Network).

4. Connect to Singtel’s preferred network depending on your destination.

You may also manually select your preferred network on your mobile device.

Upon successful subscription, you will receive an SMS with the start and end date of your plan. Alternatively, you may also check your plan details on My Singtel app.
