You have to receive your device first before you can install and activate your eSIM.
Refer to your eSIM email and follow these steps:
1. Install eSIM on your preferred device. (For iOS devices, if you're stuck at the "Activate eSIM" screen, leave the page first and go to step 2.)
2. Activate your eSIM via My Singtel app. Your eSIM will be ready for use after 30 minutes.
3. After connection is lost on your old SIM, make sure your new eSIM is toggled On in device settings.
4. Restart your device.
