Activate and use new SIM card/eSIM

• Online, with device

You'll need to receive your device first before you can install and activate your eSIM.

Refer to your eSIM details sent via email and follow these steps:

1. Install eSIM on your preferred device.

2. Activate your eSIM network by calling our hotline at 6220 1011. Alternatively, activate it through My Singtel app (Go to “More” > “Activate SIM network”).

   Your eSIM should be activated after 30 minutes.

3. Make sure your eSIM is toggled to “On” in device settings.

• Online, without device

After receiving your eSIM via email, follow these steps:

1. Install eSIM on your preferred device within 30 minutes of receiving your eSIM. Your current SIM will be deactivated 30 minutes after you get your eSIM.

2. Activate your eSIM network by calling our hotline at 6220 1011. Alternatively, activate it through My Singtel app (Go to “More” > “Activate SIM network”).

3. Make sure your eSIM is toggled to “On” in device settings.

Bought a device? Your mobile line will be ready for use within 4 hours after device delivery.

Otherwise, your mobile line will be ready for use within 4 hours after receiving your eSIM via email. For a smooth transition, install your eSIM as soon as possible.

Ported in from another telco

Bought a device? Your mobile line will be ready for use within 1—3 working days after device delivery.

Otherwise, your mobile line will be ready for use 1—3 working days after receiving your eSIM via email. For a smooth transition, install your eSIM as soon as possible.

1 day before port-in starts, you’ll receive updates via SMS to your existing number on:

• The estimated port-in completion date
• The confirmed port-in completion date and time

To use your mobile line after port-in, make sure your eSIM is toggled to “On” in device settings”.
