Change to or request a new eSIM

You can now request for a new eSIM to replace your existing SIM card or eSIM via My Singtel app.

Follow these steps:

1. On your Me tab, tap Request new eSIM.

2. You'll need to verify the email we're sending your eSIM to.

3. Next, you'll need to verify your identity with Singpass.

4. After submitting your order, look out for your eSIM installation email and follow the steps there.

If you want to change to a physical SIM instead, visit selected Singtel stores with self-serve kiosks and bring along the ID of the main account holder.
