To find out if you can use an eSIM, check your device compatibility.

For a faster way to do so, dial *#06#. If your device is eSIM-compatible, you'll be able to see the eSIM unique identification number (EID) of your device.

To check if your Apple device is eSIM-compatible, dial *#06# – Singtel eSIM

If it is eSIM-compatible, you will be able to see the eSIM unique identification number (EID) of your device – Singtel eSIM

Android

To check if your Android device is eSIM-compatible, dial *#06# – Singtel eSIM

If it is eSIM-compatible, you will be able to see the eSIM unique identification number (EID) of your device – Singtel eSIM
